Started well but disappointed with service
My first order for 3 prs knickers was great however when I sent a second order for 4 more I only received 2. I have sent two communications to the company on their chat line and a direct email to the named person for queries and have had no response whatsoever. So not impressed.

Good service and delivery time.

It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my order
My order went through on 04/10 and the payment has been taken on the same day, but it's 18/10 and I still haven't received my order. The Royal Mail tracking number provided in the email doesn't work. I have tried to contact the shop on the email address included in the order confirmation, but I still haven't heard back, so obviously not happy work my experience so far.
