no goods received
Have not received my goods 16 days after ordering.
It is now 30 days since I ordered my goods. I have contacted Mystery store 3 times and they responded the third time, requesting more order information. Surely the order number provides the necessary information. This was a week ago. I have heard no more.

Still no action. I have requested a refund. No response
This morning I requested assistance in making a lost parcel claim. No response.

Great quality clothing
Girls Next polo shirts were great quality and fantastic price. Also saves money without having to pay postage. The Gap joggers were thick, fleece lined, a lovely colour and also great quality.
