Excellent tattoo studio. Very professional, clean and friendly.

Visited this studio for tattoos and piercings, and I'm thoroughly impressed. The place is spotless, and they offer detailed aftercare instructions, both verbal and written. The artists and piercers are not only friendly but also highly skilled. There's a wide selection of jewelry, and I find myself returning again and again.

This studio is excellent. Tattoos as well as piercings teams are professional, kind and always very helpful and welcoming.
The place is always clean and sanitised.

Came here for both piercings and tattoos, the studio is clean and for both services I got provided with an in depth explanation of the aftercare and a written aftercare form. The tattoo artists and the piercers are kind and very prepared, there is good choice for the jewellery, I just keep coming back

We visited Mystic Lounge Tattoo and Piercing Studio Reading, as they did a fantastic job piercing my childs tragus (last year). We returned last week to get my childs nose pierced which was done professionally and to our expectations. However, last night the post of the stud in my childs nose just broke. We returned to Mystic Lounge Tattoo and Piercing Studio this morning who informed us that it is not broken and that we should have been notified when we first visited for the nose piercing that we need to rotate the stud part of the nose stud, as it can become loose. We were not notified of this during our initial visit nor were we provided with any information to do so. We were charged additional monies for a faulty stud. Not helpful or great customer experience!
Given 2 stars as the situation is not terrible but it does fall short of expectations.
