Absolutely appalling
Absolutely appalling. Bought tickets to see Graham Nash in April 2025. Every time I access their site to download my tickets I keep getting the same message’ PLEASE COME BACK LATER. Your ticket(s) will be available to download at a later date nearer the event date.’ It’s now only a few days to go and still no tickets. Truly abysmal performance. I will never use them again.

Brilliantly easy from start to finish. Customer service was on the ball and answered an email within an hour and sorted out the query there and then. Couldn’t fault them.. well done MyTicket

Lost Concert Tickets
I had lost all my emails, which meant that I had lost some concert tickets. I had booked them more than a year ago and couldn’t find the entry on my bank account. I sent a contact form and they were able to locate my booking and they resent my tickets. All done and dusted within one day. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Excellent customer service
I contacted my ticket customer service, as I accidentally deleted my booking confirmation email for a future concert.
Obviously I was really concerned, but the customer care department looked into this immediately and sent out another confirmation email.
