I have recently booked a 16 Day Classic Great Britain & Ireland tour through Ben Whinham. He was awesome! I had many questions and he answered every one calmly and with great knowledge. He was very reassuring that all my questions were valid ones. His answers were clear and he also gave extra advice based on his own travels of the areas, which was greatly appreciated. Booking through Ben was very easy and straight forward. It was very nice to be dealing with someone who was genuine and not just reading from a script. I am hoping the rest of the process prior to and during my trip will be as great an experience. I’m confident that with Ben overseeing progress it will be. Thank you Ben for all your help.
