Selling products that not in stock, full week without any contact, when I send them email about my order got answer that product not in stock. Not good at all, save yourself hassle and order somewhere else, there's load's of Irish sites that care about customer

I order the phone cover via their website. It arrived quickly , and it is of good quality. I am delighted with my purchase.

Ordered a screen protector and got a flimsy bit of plastic to cover the screen. No good. Feel conned.

The order immediately went into 'Back Order' when purchased, even though this was not mentioned when buying. It arrived broken and I sent it back to them via courier on the 10th of January and 3 weeks later, they tell me that they do not have it.

I ordered customised phone case at the end of November. When there was no sign of shipment a week later I contacted the company, who advised the case wasn't in stock and would be delayed. There was no notification on the website the case was out of stock. They just took my money, advertising for fast delivery and left me waiting.
The order was, allegedly, shipped on 12/12/2024. On 3rd January, there was still no sign of the order. I contacted the company again, who made me fill out an Affidavit, that I didn't receive the order and they agreed to issue me with a refund. I had to wait another two weeks to receive the refund, I was about to open dispute with my bank to receive the money back that way.

The whole experience was exhausting, constant forth and back emails, waiting for the delivery, checking my bank account if the refund arrived. Never ever. I had my eye on more stuff on the website, now I'm glad I didn't order anything else and won't be going near the website ever again. They are not an Irish company, despite them using .ie, it's a Danish company and either massively disorganised or scammers.

A week later and still have not received my order 😕

My remote still isnt here. been a whole week. website said 3-4 working days.
