Excellent customer service. We have been using their services for the third year now and have recommended them to family and friends.
Last year, during a family holiday we had some issues with our flight and the staff, especially Danish, ensured that we got home safely. He stayed back, even after his shift had finished, to deal with our issue, contacting the various airline's office of that country. I am extremely grateful to Danish for looking after our travel requirements and making sure that we travel stress-free.
