Ripe of postage charge

Item is great but nearly £10 for delivery and it took 6 days to reach me after being notified by FedEx of delivery, only paid the delivery because it was out of stock on Amazon and son really wanted one. This is why I have only given it 2 stars

Appalling customer service to say the least , ordered a canvas for my daughter a week ago , no confirmation , payment went straight away , no answer on phone and no email with update…
Disgrace to be honest , very disappointing , and no decency to reply to email other than one email to say the order was on the way , a week ago, and nothing since…
Stay away from this company , I would 100% not recommend to anyone, very very disappointing ….

I've ordered a 4 piece banksy canvas…

I've ordered a 4 piece banksy canvas picture on the 3rd November and am still waiting for it to be delivered.
I haven't had any updates on when it arrives or been, I have emailed the company and sent them screenshots of my receipt of purchase as I had to do that due to not getting a receipt, not sure if I've been scammed.

I haven't received the ordered screen yet and have no idea when it will arrive.

I've just had a reply from Mywalls which is very much appreciated and although the reply - helpfully - reminds me that the expected delivery time is clearly stated on the ordering process, I STILL don't have an ETA. This is not meant to be a complaint, simply constructive criticism which may help the company.
