My daughter is taking up interest in plants. She’s the one who’s found your website. She picked up the plants, and asked to order them. She even paid out of her own allowance. I love that each plant was as described in the website, and in great health. The delivery guy was super patient and stoic - when I thought the order was missing an item, he waited until my daughter revised the items and assured me everything is there. The packaging was neat, and the wrapping paper is recyclable too. Thank you, Nabteh. I look forward to order again soon.

In your case, we had requested that your order be delivered after 6PM on the day of delivery. However, we understand that the driver contacted you and you requested a reschedule for the next day after 7PM. We apologize if this caused any inconvenience.
Please note that the delivery company's drivers usually end their shift around 6-7PM, and if they do not receive a response from the recipient, they may reschedule the delivery for the following day. Additionally, the delivery routes are assigned randomly each day depending on the volume of orders for each area, which may affect delivery times to certain areas.
We have contacted the delivery company to address your concerns and ensure that future deliveries are handled more smoothly. Please know that we always strive to accommodate our customers' delivery requests while balancing the delivery company's capabilities. The web is very simple and useful at the same time , after I placed the order it got shipped out and arrived within 2 days , all the products are fabulously great, high quality and exactly what I was expecting, the price of a certain objects is very reasonable but on others it could be worked on but other than that I am fully satisfied and happy, I recommend u to shop there since they have products I couldn't find any where but there , 10/10 would do it again ❤️
