Excellent service
NICOP was delivered well in time. The agent on chat was very efficient and it took me about 30 mins to file the application online from my home. This included submission and verification of all relevant documents just sittting on my sofa. Applied in 2nd week of November and got it in the last week. Very satisfied.

NADRA Card Center is not affiliated with the government of Pakistan -
I submitted my paperwork 5 months ago, and this agency no longer responds to emails and WhatsApp messages and charges almost 10x the cost of normal processing fees. They have taken my fees and no results, no responses. Multiple fake phone numbers, fake NYC addresses, UK email addresses, and upstate NY phone numbers. I am out $300 and nothing to show for it.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company, absolute fraudsters! I applied for 3 Nadra cards for £200, transferred to a guy called Bilal Haider. To then be told I don’t have a certain document therefore they can’t make my card. A refund was promised weeks ago yet nothing came. Luckily my bank gave me the funds back. I will never ever use this company again!

Satisfied and pleased with experience
Really pleased with the service. All the process was simple and easy to follow. Rather than visiting high commission I got my renewed NICOP at home with in two weeks.

Paid over £200 for incompetence and rudeness
I phoned to make an application to have my deceased fathers Nadra card cancelled. I was advised that it was ok for me to apply for him even though my Nadra card has expired. I paid the £60 fee.
I then received a phone call a few days later saying i needed to modify my status from un married to married and renew my card for my first application to proceed. I provided all documents finger prints and £160 for this as i am planning to visit pakistan.
I then received a phone call a few days later saying that one person can not have 2 applications at the same time so the first application has to be cancelled for my modification to take place and then the first application will proceed.
I have been waiting nearly 2 months, many phone calls to the centre for updates, with staff being rude, putting the phone down and not calling me back when promising to do so.
At no point have i been rude to the staff, unfortunately i can not say the same for Nadra card centre staff.
I need the refund of all money i have paid as i have had nothing in return except for incompetence and rudeness of staff.
