Unfortunately, the shipping carrier lost your rug during transit. As soon as this was confirmed, we immediately issued a full refund. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
We would also like to reassure future customers that all of our rugs are shipped fully insured. In the very rare event that a rug is lost during transport, our customers are never left out of pocket. We always provide a full refund or, where possible, a replacement.
Customer satisfaction is our highest priority, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with one of our handmade rugs in the future.
