初めてNain Tradingさんからカーペットを購入しました。画像のイメージと相違のないアンティーク調の素敵なカーペットが届きました。日本では恐らく見つけることが出来ない模様のもので、お部屋がよりクラシックないい雰囲気になりました。注文から1週間もたたないうちにDHL便で届いたことも感動しました。また購入と思います。ありがとうございました。

I purchased a beautiful hand-knotted Bijar rug — and the experience went far beyond a simple transaction.

The rug itself is exceptional: woven with cork wool by Kurdish artisans in western Iran, it has a dramatic quality where the colour shifts from deep terracotta-red to vivid salmon-pink depending on the angle of light — a characteristic I later learned is a hallmark of authentic, high-density Bijar weaving.

After receiving the rug, I wrote to NAIN Trading with several questions about its origin, the weaving tradition, and the symbolism of the bird motifs in the central medallion. Steven responded warmly and thoroughly, explaining that the design follows traditional Kurdish patterns passed down through generations — with no single author, but centuries of collective memory woven into every knot. He also confirmed that the birds are connected to the nightingale (bolbol) tradition in Persian poetry — the symbol of love and longing at the heart of the Gol-o-Bolbol legend.

When I followed up with a further message, the reply came quickly and graciously, with a genuine offer to share any additional information should it ever come to light.

NAIN Trading combines deep expertise with a rare human warmth. For anyone who sees a rug not merely as a decorative object, but as a piece of living history — I cannot recommend them highly enough.

膨大な商品の詳しい画像を見るうちに、本当に自分の家に合った色、大きさ、素材の絨毯を絞り込んでいくことが出来ました。
割引クーポンも利用してお安く購入できました。配送も2週間ほどで、欧州の家具を購入したときには半年かかったことを考えると大変早かった。
イランで作られた絨毯が沢山の人の手を経て日本の私の家にあるのは信じられない気持です。絨毯を作った方はじめ、関わって下さった皆様に感謝します！

商品の補足説明などがあれば、良かったなと思います。その点だけが少し残念でした。

商品の手触り感などが分からないネット販売は不安もありましたが、日本語によるメールの問い合わせなどへの対応が素早く適切で、最終的には不安を払拭できました。スピーディーに画像でみたイメージ通りの商品が届きました。

カーペットのメンテナンスなど、丁寧に何度もやりとりしていただきました。

品質が良いものがお得に買えてデリバリーのタイミングも良かった。

注文してすぐに送っていただき、商品も素敵でした。輸送の途中で雨に濡れてしまったのか、雨水が絨毯まで染みてしまっていたのは少し残念でした。
素敵な絨毯がたくさんあるので、また注文したいと思います。

使用場所に合わせて大小4枚購入しました。
それぞれとても良い品質で満足しています。長く使えそうなところが気に入っています。

Both carpets are of excellent quality and look beautiful - an enhanacement to our home, But, most of all. their order handling and customer service is exemplary. They had great client empathy. Anyone who shops online will understand how rare and precious a thing that is.
