Not long lasting for 6500 puffs
It’s been 2 weeks since my purchase. I use it at most thrice a day. The flavor is gone and it tastes weird. I do not think I’ve gotten to even 1500 puffs. It was 6500 puffs. This makes me think it wasn’t really 6500 puffs. I’ve bought a few vapes from you before, in 2024. They lasted months, same puffs. Kindly check on this.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent purchase from your company. I bought a vape two days ago. Unfortunately, it has already burned out and is no longer functioning. Additionally, the flavor I received was not the one I had ordered. Instead of the requested flavor, I was given a random one that I do not like.
I would appreciate it if you could address this issue promptly by either providing a replacement vape or processing a refund. Please let me know the steps I need to take to resolve this matter.
