Scam, ordered 4 items, 1 is not on shipping list, supposed to come from Japan or UK, it is coming with China post, no replies from seller, fraud!

I bought a set of 3 knives but one so far has shattered and broke in half just cutting a cassava. So as the knife has a lifetime warranty I have been trying to contact them but non of the contact information works. Why do they not have a working contact or support?

Pure scam. Made in China and not damascus folded steel but embossed printed paint to simulate damascus. I'm a decades old knife collector so I know the difference! Do not buy from them!

Ordered a knife from their website, they used China post for delivery and it wouldn't deliver. Customer service wants me to call the shipping company (who doesn't answer or non functioning contact) to "verify address". This website screams scam. Do not order from them. I have started PayPal dispute.

Ordered knives as a present to our son who is a Top chef. We choose to have knives engraved.
Shortly after the order was placed, we received shipping tracking info.
With China Post! They claimed that they send the knives from Japan to China for shipping. After 21 days the knives arrived. Seem to be a platting/dip over steel. Blade rusted where they engraved his name.
Total scam. Better to buy off Aliexpress. At least you know what you are getting.
But I was naive to fall for it.

I bought 2 knives 14 months ago. One was the paring knife. I was just cutting some iberico cheese and the blade broke. The cheese is not hard. It was very dissapointing to learn how cheap the knife was made. Of course it is not under warranty and they don't have any in stock at the moment. Makes me wonder if I'm not the only person who wasted my money on an inferior product and they pulled their inventory. Very dissapointing!

Ordered 2 knives, one for me and one for my son who is pursuing a career as a chef. My knife did not cut properly and I was awaiting for the arrival of his knife to see if it was like mine. His knife cut like cutting thru butta! I sent an email about how to return my knife without original packing and I received a message saying they would replace my knife and there was no need to return the dull one. Then I got another email saying that they would send a knife Sharpener at no charge, they also helped with tracking my son's order. I believe they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchases!
I highly recommend them and they always have sales too!

My son had gotten this knife last year from his wife and raved about it. I got it for my husband for Christmas this year. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an extra knife in my purchase. We used it for Christmas dinner and it cut the meat like butter. We love it!

After my review my son and I were contacted by Nakano. They apologized for the email problem, refunded my money and sent my son a new knife which works great. Thank you Nakano for your quick response and care! It is very much appreciated.

I opted to purchase the Classic Chef’s set and a sharpening whetstone. The set includes everything I could need. The knives fit in my hands nicely.
