1. Reference Verification; Our onboarding process is thorough and rigorous. References are always verified once a candidate reaches the stage of acceptance as a potential placement. However, if there is a significant time lapse between registration and an upcoming interview or potential trial, the agency will request updated references, as is standard practice across all reputable childcare agencies, to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

2. Job Descriptions and Trial Periods; All job details shared with candidates are based on the exact information provided by the families. If a family decides to adjust conditions or expectations during a trial period, this is entirely outside the agency’s control. Nannies & Mannies operates transparently and communicates job information as received, with no alteration or omission.

It is deeply regrettable when individuals who are not selected for a position attempt to damage a company’s professional reputation through inaccurate and misleading statements.
