It has been a month since I requested a full refund for the Nanozoom lens, which was a birthday present. This optical lens is a disgrace to the optical industry worldwide. I believe it is one of the biggest deceptions and frauds on the internet to date. I strongly advise avoiding this company and its misleading advertising.

This product does not fit or align with an Apple iPhone, which is a clear case of deception on the part of this so-called company. All I want is a full refund of 119 AUD.

What a scam, I tried on I Phone 15 & Samsung A15 and doesn't even look like working. I tried the email used for the delivery, but nothing of course. Some people have gone to a lot of trouble to release this rubbish. Please don't buy one!!!!

Do not trust this site! Not what I ordered. Insurance cost added automatically so cost was not what I'd agreed. Nowhere to return item. No one to discuss problems with.

Wurde von der Produktwerbung angesprochen in Hoffnung mit dem Zoom-Aufsatz entferntere Landschaften, Tiere mit dem Handy fotografieren zu können, so wie die Produktwerbung es darstellt. Fehlanzeige. Fotos in der Form nicht möglich. Eine Rücksendung kann nicht erfolgen, das Geld ist rausgeworfen und weg. Ein China-Betrug. Finger weg! 1 Stern ist noch zuviel.

This product is not as advertised. I tried to contact Nano Zoom by replying to their email to initially say the lenses were on their way. The email address is not manned and a response will not be received (noted at the very end of the email).
Their website doesn't work and I cannot get in contact with them, even though I've spent 2 hours searching the web. They say in their ad that they will refund, but try and contact them ...... IMPOSSIBLE.

Antrag auf Erstattung des Kaufpreises kann über die kommunizierte Mail-Adresse nicht gestellt werden; zumindest ist mir dies nicht gelungen.

It did not work with my Samsung A71 or A57 and then Nano Zoom Customer Service denied I had an order when I tried to call to get return authorization. I will need to contact Wells Fargo to get a refund

I fell for the online ads for this product and bought two. They don’t work. Also, they added a warranty I didn’t want. I paid with Paypal expecting that because they accepted payment they were legit. Not true! After I contacted Paypal’s Resolution Center and opened a case they contacted me and said they would issue a complete refund if I closed the case. I closed it and haven’t seen a penny. This company has deceptive advertising and dishonest business practices. If you pay through Paypal, file a report and then close it to get a refund, Paypal won’t allow you to re-open the case when they don’t pay. Beware!!!

I purchased 2 of the Nano Zoom attachments and they did not work as advertised on our phones. I have sent three emails requesting for an address and authorization to return the items for a refund. As yet have not heard back with the information. I would not purchase this item as they do not work as described and cannot speak with anyone in customer service. The return email stated that someone had opened end a ticket and would be in touch within 24 hours. After the waiting time, I sent another email, still no answer. i waited another 2 days to send the third email. So no would purchase.

They don’t even deserve one star…I got ripped off with $170 because I failed to read fine print where it said 3x $52…I highlighted that thinking I was only ordering one for $52 and as soon as I entered my card info it quickly said it was getting shipped I couldn’t even cancel or anything because they have no numbers to call or when I emailed them it said it was for nothing to email them because no humans read them and to top it all off they charged $8 for warranty insurance incase they break and no info on how to contact insurance or them and I totally received three mini boxes with little plastic things that were useless.. they are junk that not even a kid could play with them…they don’t work.. it’s disgusting how my bank nor PayPal secure could catch criminals like this that are scamming people. I hope those damn scammers get what’s coming to them. I’m so pissed because I got scammed by two Chinese that copied real companies on website deceiving people and scamming people and one got thru my bank with a weird Chinese name and a gmail no business name and no phone number and they let it go through and I never received all my order and the other company is company is gethik so please stay away from them too because they are all scammers they have a number from Illinois that does not even work and you can email them all you want after they take your money and they never reply…so I got ripped off by that company too. I only order from eBay and Amazon from now on… can’t trust any other sites unless they are common stores like Walmart Kohl’s, target, etc…n it’s best to create an account with any of these stores first before ordering that way you can know it’s legit and you are guaranteed your money back if item is not what you expected it to be or for any reason you can return an item and get a refund and they have customer service numbers too.

It does not work with I phone 14 and up
You have to place the zoom exactly on the camera lens but you are viewing through another lens.
You will not know if the zoom is put on correctly unless you take a picture and check.
It will take a number of pictures and a lot of very small adjustments. But your viewer will not show what the camera will shoot.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This company pads your order, slaps you with warranty charges, and doesn’t tell you explicitly that you will have to return your product to China (for around 30 to 40 dollars) if you have to return your product. Besides not ordering what they sent me, what if the product was defective? A person would still have to return it to China, apparently. Put these scammers out of business!

Incredible bad website and products. Don't buy them.

NanoZoom attachment does NOT work how it's advertised and promoted. Scam company who claim 'satisfaction guaranteed'! I'm definitely NOT satisfied, and there is no way to contact them or get a refund. PayPal have been useless too!

received mid Sept. Attempted next day to get return label impossible to get contact or website to do so. refuted as assuming they woud contact me never did,they sent 14 double side papers to Citi and stated past 30 day return policy. Citi denied credit based on their BS paper work. it's cheaply made and mine didnt work at all and you can not reach anyone for a refund!even though it says contact oin website.

Vor ca. 3 Monaten bestellt, Lieferweg konnte nachverfolgt, konnte angeblich aber nicht zugestellt werden, da der Empfänger unbekannt ist. Werde jetzt bei Paypal mein Glück versuchen.
