What an absolute waist of money! I rubbed some light scratches, nothing happened, light scratches still remain. Talk about a rip off. Don't waist your money.

Une étoile parce que je ne peux pas en mettre zéro. Une arnaque dès la commande. Vous ne pouvez pas commander ( sur le site nano sparkle ) sans qu’ils vous rajoutent des articles non demandés mais facturés.
Déjà 53 € pour 2 chiffons c’est énorme. Mais la commande s’est transformée en une commande à 100 € . Je suis révoltée par ces pratiques frauduleuses.
Et pour couronner le tout, ils vous envoient un mail de réception de commande en allemand.
Je rêve …
Je souhaite obtenir un remboursement immédiat et pas de commande.

Falsche Adressierung, ist bereits vor 6 Monaten zurück ( angeblich noch nicht angekommen), die Firma ist nicht in der Lage wie von DHL gefordert, einen Nachforschungsauftrag zu stellen. Geld ist wohl weg !!!

total scam, advert is a joke beware do not waste your money it does not work

First of it doesn't work at all they give you 3 nano sparkle cloths and some kind of white stuff and there's really no instructions what is on the box doesn't even say anything about how to use the white stuff and on top of that it leaves the paint were you used it dull I even after I used the nano sparkle went over the dull area and it doesn't want to shine anymore now I have to buff out what I did with the nano sparkle if you have to buff out what you just did with that cloth you just may as well just buy the 3M automotive polish because it cuts the paint and polishs the paint to a beautiful finish don't waste your money it's junk

Hvis der var 0 stjerner, fik de det. Jeg bestilte 2 klude den 12.sept. til 215 kr. plus en gratis gave til en værdi af 60 kr.
Pengene er trukket incl. de 60 kr. til den 'gratis' gave, men jeg har aldrig modtaget varen. Derimod har jeg fået en opkrævning fra toldvæsenet, som jeg har afslået at betale, og varen er derfor returneret.
Jeg har opgivet at få mine penge retur fra firmaet.
Jeg kan kun tilslutte mig de andre anmeldelser,
det er det rene fup og svindel, og jeg ærgrer mig kun over, at jeg først var på Trustpilot, da skaden var sket.

Save your money and your paint. Tried it on a scratch that I have on my vehicle door and all it did was made it worse. Scratch is still there and the paint around the scratch is dull, looks worse than the scratch it self.

After 3 tries on the same hairline scratches on my fender it still does not hide the scratch. This is a complete waste of money and the company will not ever cover the cost of mailing it back so they are making sure that you don't bother to send it back. Another complete ripoff company.

Yes, the product is a scam as so many other reviewers attest; it simply doesn't work. The slick video ads show magical results -- scratches on the car's paint just become pristine finishes again. Well that's the ad, but the reality is that using this product did MORE damage to the area than was there before it was used. Well, not for nuttin as we say here in Brooklyn -- but people, how did you think rubbing a scratch in a painted surface would somehow make that scratch disappear? Even if the product was able to grab some paint color from the surrounding area (and without dulling or damaging the good area), car paint is BAKED on to the metal surface -- just moving some paint from the good paint into the scratch will not cause those paint particles to somehow magically adhere to the scratch. It should have been apparent just from the explanation or lack of it, how this product is SUPPOSED to work should have been enough to click STOP on this nonsense video and certainly not press the ORDER button...and then have to endure the upsell offers to by TWO and then FOUR. Foolishness and a scam.

Deres priser er ikke i Overensstemmelse med loven om Forbrugskøb. Når man bestiller en vare hos dem får man en pris på varen. så tror man det er den pris man skal betale og betaler. Men venter og venter og venter, på at varen kommer. Men så kommer der pludselig en besked fra PostDanmark om at man skal betale import told På det man har bestilt. Og så bliver varen man har bestilt meget meget dyrere.
Firmaet fortæller overhovedet ikke noget om, at udover den pris de tager for varen, så vil der også komme told På. Jeg synes det er en ualmindelig dårlig forretnings Politik, så derfor da jeg fik besked om at jeg skulle Betale told, Ville jeg ikke modtage varen og returnerede min bestilling. Så nu venter jeg bare efter at have skrevet til firmaet om at få mine penge tilbage. Hvis de ikke kommer med et positivt svar til mig, tænker jeg på at anmelde firmaet til politiet.
Jeg vil fraråde alle at handle med det firma.

Same complaints as everyone else! Fortunately I only treated a small area of my car at first so was able to avoid more extensive damage. I need to investigate further to see how we put a stop to these scam merchants!

Bought 1 cloth very sceptical and rightly so. DOES NOT WORK. Oh the scratches disappear but after 30/40 seconds reappear worse then before. How are they getting away with it !!!!

Ich habe vor 4 Monaten das Tuch bestellt und zwecks Zollgebühren, die nirgends erwähnt werden, das Päckchen nicht angenommen. Bis heute keinerlei Rückerstattung erhalten. Immer nur Ausreden per Mail erhalten. Bitte Finger weg von dieser Firma.

Habe im Mai die Nanosparkle Tücher bestellt. Kamen dann nach ca. 2 Wochen mit einer Zollgebühr von 15€ an. Habe die Annahme verweigert und wieder zurück schicken lassen. Bis heute wurde mir der bereits abgebuchte Betrag nicht erstattet. Die Firma reagiert mit "faulen" E- Mails. Also Hände weg!!! Betrug!!!

Der Nano Sparkle Scratch Removal Cloth ist zwar in Kupfertüten elegant verpackt, taugt aber weniger als nichts. Er mindert zwar etwas die Kratzer, versieht aber das gesamte gewischte Areal mit feinen Schleifspuren. Der professionelle Lackierer sagte, dieses Wischen über die Kratzer habe alles schlimmer gemacht.
Ich hielt tatsächlich (trotz nachgewiesen hohem IQ) die pseudowissenschaftliche Erläuterung für denkbar, weil von Chemie & Physik wenig Ahnung ;-) und weil ich nicht für möglich hielt, dass solch eine betrügerische Werbung auf der t-online-Webseite ungeprüft erscheinen könnte!
Der Beibackzettel, schäbig kopiert und offenbar vielfach wiederverwendet, versprach, nach Rücksendung auf eigene Kosten 😂 (nach bereits bezahlter Zollgebühr von 18€ sowie dem Produktpreis von 90€ für eine größere Anzahl solcher Lappen) die Kosten erstattet zu bekommen 🤣.
Nun bleibe ich, da ich zu vertrauensselig war und natürlich GAR NICHTS auf eigene Kosten versenden werde, auf dem teuren Schaden (108€) sitzen.
Aber der fremdländische Lackierer hat für einen fairen Preis alles perfekt wegpoliert! 👍🏻
