Seit meiner Beschwerde klappt es mit Nano Sparkle.Die haben mir jetzt fast den vollen Kaufpreis zurück erstattet. Die Verbraucherzentrale Idaho hat mir geantwortet das sie das prüfen und seitdem ging alles ganz schnell.Da muss man ein Formular ausfüllen und alles beschreiben,plus Angaben mit Adresse.

Bestellt auf Grundlage von unter 20 Euro und es wurden über 100 Euro mehr abgebucht. Reklamation bei Paypal sinnlos. Reklamtionsprozedere bei Paypal und nanosparkle ist für die Tonne. Habe Annahme verweigert und nanosparkle sagt wenn das Päckchen wieder bei denen ist dann bekomme ich mein Geld erstattet. Laut Dhl wurde Paket vor über einem Monat an des Absender zurück geschickt. Nanosparkle sag nur, dass nichts angekommen ist und erst wenn es ankommt ich mein Geld bekomme.
Ich glaube, das sind einfach Betrüger und am bescheuertsten bin ich, dass ich auf so einen Mist reingefallen bin. Herzlichen Dank Paypal und nanosparkle

Stupidly did not read all the appalling reviews. Ordered one cloth and within seconds £35.88followed by £5.99 out of my account.I have had to freeze my Santander card and account as apparently I am now paying a monthly subscription. DO NOT touch this company with a barge poll.

Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte, ich hätte! Ich wollte nur ausprobieren und dachte, der Preis ist okay! Über PayPal wurden statt 17,99€ plötzlich 121€ daraus! Eine sofortige Stornierung bei Paypal war nicht möglich. Bin gespannt auf die Antwort vom Anbieter, das ist Abzocke!

Wollte es einfach ausprobieren und 3 Stück bestellen. Es gab ein Angebot 3+2 Tücher für 35,90€ , allerdings wurden 95,80 abgebucht. Wollte dann den Auftrag stornieren, war aber nicht möglich. Das Tuch selbst konnte noch nicht einmal kleineKratzer beseitigen! Also ein Reinfall auf der ganzen Linie!!! Kann nur abraten vom Kauf

C'est une arnaque! seules les petites égratignures disparaissent! Mais le pire c'est leur mode d'envoi! c'est un colissimo qui passe par l'Allemagne et du coup on paie 14 € de plus que la commande qui contient déjà les frais d'expédition calculés au moment de la transaction. Surtout non pas à éviter mais à exclure!

Bei der Bestellung muss man aufpassen, sonst wird es richtig teuer. Porto u dann Zoll kommt auch noch dazu!
Microkratzer u kleinere Kratzer gingen bei mir nicht weg!

My husband ordered this without reading any reviews. It appears on our credit card bill as NANOSPARKLE with a charge of $5.99, which is what he agreed to pay. However 2 days later they charged $40.86 to our credit card. Since reviews say customer service is non existent and they refuse refunds, I'm calling the bank to tell them not to pay the second charge - why waste time calling them?

Came with no instructions. Didn't do anything to remove scratches and left awful residue that took t cut to remove. Complete waste of money

If I could give it a zero stars I would. Product does not work as advertised and actually strips the clearcoat from around the scratched area.

ACHTUNG BETRÜGER !!!
Nach erfolgter Bestellung werden zusätzliche Kosten eingepflegt. ( Versicherung ) Um die Ware überhaupt zu erhalten, muss man zusätzliche Einfuhrabgaben leisten. Diese werden im Vorfeld wissentlich verschwiegen. Wenn man den gelieferten minderwertigen Schrott retounieren will, muss der Versand und eine " Bearbeitungsgebühr " gezahlt werden.

ACHTUNG: BETRUG

Ich bin gerade am Kämpfen mit PAYPAL. PAYPAL überweist die entsprechenden Beträge in der Annahme, dass alles korrekt ist. Ich habe nichts bestellt, aber plötzlich 12,50 EUR für eine obskure Versicherung abgebucht bekommen, und dann gleich noch 138,16 EUR. Morgen soll das nicht bestellte Paket kommen. Das wird verweigert und dann geht der Kampf weiter.

Völlig wirkungslos, das Poliermittel lässt sich darüberhinaus nur schwer wieder abreiben!!

I read all reviews, 99.9% , 1 star reviews, so glad I did, it did look a bit suspect when they show cars with big deep scratches and dings , and this cloth was suppose to get rid of them all and it looked brand new after using this apparent cloth, so glad read the reviews and steered clear, . Obviously total SCAM, I think trading standards really needs to shut them down.

Lieferung wurde 2x berechnet.

Total scam company, DONT BUY, ordered 1pkt and was charged for 5, £80.00, tried cancel within 20 minutes of order but they wouldn’t let me, said order dispatched, a lie, no info on this company only return address in Idaho, USA, would cost between £10 and £20 to return and no guarantee of a refund,

This was a nightmare! I ordered the cloths after a day I incurred charges of £21.67, £5.99 and then £38.99, I emailed to cancel the order unfortunately they didnot reply! I opened a dispute with PayPal who also contacted nanosparkle they replied to say the cloths had been shipped, I missed the delivery so I therefore couldn't refuse delivery. What a waste of postage the cloths were rubbish!
