Just been in this hull store today and was extremely satisfied with the care and time taken to help me ,when I’ve been to several other places and they couldn’t be bothered. Richard was really really helpful. I will definitely use this store again and I will definitely recommend this to everybody else.

Used Tiverton branch the guys went above and beyond.i got a Japanese imported yaris really struggled to find battery that fitted as not a common battery ,these guys found one and double checked it would fit my car .also rang me to say it was a match ,can’t thank them enough.

Very poor customer service attitude and response when enquiring about compatibility of NAPA gear oil for my vehicle.

Their initial response was to recommend putting my vehicle details into their website to establish compatibility, then when I pointed out that their website was suggesting an oil specification which was not consistent with the vehicle manufacturers recommendation, they advised me "not use our website for liquid fitment as our data is unreliable"!!!

Basically, they seemed completely disinterested in trying to provide proactive helpful service to a potential customer.

ordered 2 bottom ball joints for citroen ds3 week ago 1 was fine other was solid would not move at all ordered another came today that was solid went to hellaby rotherham that was return address i only live 5 miles away they would not take them off me said i had to phone up these parts should be sold unsafe

Napa online store is not connected to Napa stores. I sadly discovered this when 2 weeks after my order, only 1 out of 4 arrived. So I called Napa stores but they couldn't help at all because the online website is a diffrent section with diffrent prices etc. Couldn't find a number to contact anywhere, and they ship with DHL E commerce who are equally incompetent.

Later set up an account telling me at the end of the day it couldn’t fulfil my order.

The poorest service, selling product it hasn’t got available. False advertising

Awful Driving
Dangerously and needlessly overtook my Horsebox right before a dual carriageway narrowed into a single carriageway. I had to brake hard. Thank god my horses legs weren’t Broken. Fortunately I knew exactly what he was going to do as he was so close behind me then swerved out.

a rubish company with dirty employers wich trick disabled person with them rubish attitude and no professionalism. they don't care if you order something by mistake and in 1 minute inform them you order by mistake and need to cancel! they will force you to buy and if you want to send back it;scost you a lot of money !!! NO HUMANITY !!!

They will double what you owe them
Then take you to court
And will not communicate answer email or phone calls

Dangerous driver in van. License plate : MW20 XRN. Speeding, not following road lines, putting other drivers at risk. Has been reported to the police for traffic incident.

Took 500 for a faulty part had the part back to test 6 weeks ago no refund no new part now won’t take calls

Dangerous, sociopathic driver. Was cycling north into Stoke Hammond, Buckinghamshire at 1.30pm today when a Napa Auto Parts van shot past millimetres from my right elbow. Clearly this was deliberate as, for good measure he squirted me with screen wash as he went past. And this is the second time that this has happened with a Napa Auto Parts van. Next time I will make sure that my GoPro is charged and will get the police involved.

Ordered brake parts on 27 sept. Still waiting on 2 October. Phoned and was told we will get back to you in 1/2 hour. No call received. They took my money on 27th Sept though. Will this prod them?
