I am extremely disappointed with the way my claim has been handled. Despite being entitled to reimbursement for medication under my lifetime policy, the process has been unnecessarily delayed. The lack of communication and transparency has left me questioning the integrity of this company, especially as the delay seems to be pushing close to my policy renewal date.

I’ve had to escalate my concerns formally and report the matter to the Financial Ombudsman. This experience has been stressful and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for reliable and ethical service.

Items never shipped, jackets were all unliked and pockets fell apart within a year. yarn pilled quickly. sizings were weird and inconsistent across items, shipping took months to receive all of order. customer service completely unhelpful. this is also the same company as naploungewear.com which you will see has a terrible score and history.

I like the clothes in this shop so much. From the perspective of style and comfort, they are impeccable in my heart. I have recommended them to my sisters around me, and everyone likes my Amway very much. I hope this store can get better and better so that I can always buy the clothes I like.
