Delay in response to claim
I am extremely disappointed with the way my claim has been handled. Despite being entitled to reimbursement for medication under my lifetime policy, the process has been unnecessarily delayed. The lack of communication and transparency has left me questioning the integrity of this company, especially as the delay seems to be pushing close to my policy renewal date.
I’ve had to escalate my concerns formally and report the matter to the Financial Ombudsman. This experience has been stressful and unacceptable, and I would not recommend this provider to anyone looking for reliable and ethical service.
