Gloves arrived with hole in the lining on one finger. I returned them and they refunded me all but $10. They refuse to respond to tell me why I was charged $10 for the privilege of getting a defective product.

I brought last year a pair of gloves, unfortunately it has some tears so i contacted Them and immediately they responded and sent me a new one.

The service was fine, and the brown driving gloves with a light beige crocheted back are nice, and fit reasonably well - but given that I can't wash them, dry them or iron them, and that I have to keep them dry - plus they're made in China - £62 is extremely expensive. For Chinese gloves that mustn't get wet, I would expect to pay no more than £10...!! I'll look more closely at product details before I buy, next time. 🤦

Ordered in Dec... Nice gloves but had to return as they were too small. I paid for next day and proof of postage so I know they have been returned but I still haven't had my refund. Not good

This company is a scam. They’ll take your money from you and won’t send you your order, nor a confirmation email. Customer service is non-existent, the emails you send them will not be replied to. Don’t order from napo gloves it’s a hoax/scam.

I am still waiting refund for Retoure.

I am disappointed. Even though they are my glove size of large, they are uncomfortably too big.

The gloves arrived in a timely manner, they are built well, and fit like -well- a glove.

Never got my gloves and wouldn't even send another pair to try and remedy it. Got refunded but if I wanted the cash to start with I wouldn't have bought gloves.

I love these gloves. They fit perfectly. It can be a little hard to use technology, sometimes I just take the glove off to do complex tasks, but for the most part you can use your phone with your gloves on.
