If I could give a zero star, I would!

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My first order, placed on July 17, was never delivered, and I was refunded. Then I was charged $63.98 again on August 17, even though I do not want this product and did not authorize another order.

I have contacted the company and requested an immediate refund and confirmation that there will be no future charges.

I hope they resolve this quickly, but customers should carefully monitor their accounts and confirm they are not enrolled in any recurring billing.

This is a scam business!

I ordered 3 bottles directly from Nasora.net. I received the spray bottles and tried the nasal spray product as directed. I had a stinging, burning reaction. I waited a few days and tried again. Same response yet more intense. I emailed Nasora about my reaction and requested a refund. Wait. Wait. Wait. I resent the request for refund. An email arrived stating since a signed up for a subscription (I did not) there was no refund.
I wrote again, and they told me to keep the product and gave me a partial refund (about 25%).
The guaranteed full refund policy is a sham.
The company does not reply in a timely manner, apologizes vacantly, obfuscates when it finally replies and does not honor the stated guarantees.
Be aware if you order from them.
