Great service, delivered in a timely manner

Brilliant service. I missed the parcel on the first attempt,so changed the address to my mother in laws for the next day with no problems. Part was perfect and by far the cheapest online.

I rang National Boiler Parts regarding a circuit board for the boiler, just wanted to double check something before ordering. Advice was good, so I ordered from them via eBay.

The part arrived in a timely manner and the boiler is now working again, thankfully.

Have used National Boiler Parts several times and have always been very pleased with the products supplied. Arrived quickly, in as new condition, and have always worked well. Recommended.

Sent my defective Keston C36 fan to them but they couldn't repair it due to obsolete pcb. So they returned it without charge!
Excellent fast service with good communication by phone or email.

My award for four stars only reflects the fact that it was over a week until I received the part, after a call and email from me. This was due to an IT issue they had; because, once my order had been confirmed it was delivered the next day. So, I would assume that is their normal service, in which case it would be worthy of 5 Stars.

I ordered a re-conditioned circut board for a worcested bosch 28i rsf, it was reasonably priced and it arrived a day elier that scheduled. Very pleased with the purchase and service, i would highly recomend this company and i will certainly use them again.

I bought a replacement boiler control PCB from NBP & had it fitted by a qualified installer,but still had the original problem.
I telephoned NBP & they accepted the part back as a return FOC.
They contacted me & said the part had tested as OK & asked what the fault was,they then suggested the likely cause of the fault was with the igniter & sent me photos of how it should be aligned.
I explaned this to the Gas fitter & he came back & found the problem was as NWB had suggested & fixed it free of charge.
I've never had better customer service from anybody & they could well have saved me the cost of a new boiler.
