Faultless service item came quickly no issues whatsoever

Purchased a new fan assembly for my boiler from National Boiler Parts. Quality is excellent along with being one of the cheapest on the internet and delivered quickly. All in all an excellent company to deal with, will use again and recommend.

Fast and easy to deal with - parts arrived on time and as described - excellent service

Not happy at all, paid for gas engineer as Biasi boiler had fault not starting, told me I needed a new board, but a new one was expensive so ordered a reconditioned from here, and paid again for engineer to put this one in, but while it fixed original fault this had a different fault where it would not keep flame on for more than 5 seconds a time, so had no choice but to finally buy it new, but due to dodgy board also paid again for engineer, and now it finally works so it’s clear my reconditioned board was faulty, my engineer said do. So I wasted my money on a board as well as an engineer and my time staying in. Should have just bought new first tine round. Now I’m out of pocket for engineer twice, as well have a dodgy board I can’t do anything with. What do I do now?

Excellent service again. Had one faulty part delivered, not their fault, manufacturing defect in genuine part not visible until installed. Very helpful response sending replacement by express delivery. This and good prices are why I use this company.

Excellent company. PCB ordered Tuesday evening, arrived on Thursday morning. Very helpful on the phone and WAY cheaper than other supposedly big name suppliers. Genuine Potterton part.
