I had a million questions and he took the time to dig into more details so that my questions were answered fully, even though the end of the work day had already passed. My only suggestion would be to consider offering a zoom meeting with your customers, so that conversations are more personal and helpful. If you are serious about credit improvement, then make sure you reach out to Daniel Laws. I had many misrecorded late payments on my credit profile reflected sporadically across the credit beaureas that would have stayed on as a negative reflection, but this was resolved with the team.
