National Processing is by far the worst…

National Processing is by far the worst processing company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is abysmal—slow responses, unhelpful representatives, and a complete lack of support when issues arise. From delayed payments to unclear policies, their services are not only unreliable but also incredibly frustrating to manage. If you're looking for a processing company that values its customers and offers efficient, transparent service, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. Save yourself the headache and avoid National Processing.

When determining merchant approval/eligibility, we currently adhere to the standards set forth by National Processing and our sponsoring bank. After a review, we determined we needed to close your merchant processing account due to ACH rejects and chargebacks.

Unreliable company and very unprofessional management

National Processing is an unreliable company, and I don't recommend working with them. It's very frustrating working with this company, especially because it has a very unprofessional management. The management here simply does not communicate well, and it's obvious that the company's customer service doesn't make any effort at all.

SMALL BUSINESSES BEWARE

I was extremely thrilled to use them a few months ago after a friend referred me when i started my small business, and now that I am doing well during the holiday season, they put my account in review 3 weeks ago with no communication, because when i called they told me "they were too understaffed and forgot". Proceeded not to give me any reason as to why. I run a small business and they took $100k+ with no explanation and this is forcing me to take a loan so I hopefully do not lose my business. PSA: if you are enrolled in programs like RDR & Ethoca they claim that they support those programs but they will either charge you twice or count it against you even though their system shows it as an alert.

EDIT:

In their reply below they say that they closed our account for selling prescription drugs, no idea how they got to this conclusion as we sent them relevant marketing material, instagram, and website when they asked, be very careful this seems very suspicious.

SCAMMED BY NATIONAL PROCESSING

National Processing is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen. They did a rate quote for the non-profit I sit on the board for (not me personally) and ran my personal credit. They remediated by sending me a letter to go through getting it removed from the credit bureaus with. Helpful, but more work for me for their mistake. Then, I decided to work with another company and they have been charging me. I don't even have an account with them. I have reached out to customer support multiple times with no response. I am convinced they are just scamming individuals.

When someone fills out an application for processing, it does state that we will run the credit of the individually applying for an account with us. Please reach out to us directly so we can close down your account.

Swipe Simple Card Reader

The service is great, however, the card reader often shuts down or will not connect in order to complete a transaction. If that glitch is corrected, it would boost my experience up to five stars.

I am not a professional businessman…

I am not a professional businessman yet. So I am just learning to use the software. And there are a couple of things I wish i could do, like create an invoice ahead of schedule, like a draft and have it ready to send when product is complete.

Last month I had a issue looking at a report, so I called and the guy was super friendly and helpful. He figured out what the problem was and fixed it. So I definitely give 5 stars for that call.

Overall I am happy with the product and the service, but again, I know that there is a lot that I don't use or don't know how to use yet. I am not a retail business so I can't speak to the retail sales part of it.

The cancelation fee is too high. It should go down the longer we are with you all. Also, the equipment doesn't hold a charge.
