the rug was nice, but the color was wrong. Tried to return it as the website says "fast, easy returns"....not fast, definitely not easy, and very expensive to return it. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

I recently ordered a sisal rug from Natural Area Rugs. I highly recommend this business. The high quality medium sized sisal rectangular rug is protecting the doorway entrance from one room to another so to keep the wood floors from getting more worn than they already are. Also when Natural Area Rugs forgot to send the requested 2 sisal samples with the shipment, they actually FEDex the 2 samples to me in a separate mailing.

The sisal fabric "remnants" I ordered are incredible. Price was quite reasonable when considering the amount of fabric sent. Three different shades of sisal were included - all beautiful. Would order from this company again. Thanks!

I received the samples in a timely manner. They are all nice, just trying to figure out the best one.

Bought a new place with lots of hardwood stairs and was dismayed when my dog couldn’t walk down them without slipping. I was desperately in need of something fast and high quality and somehow stumbled on Natural Area rugs. So glad I did! They were well-made, attractive and completely solved my problem. I bought a few for my first floor and immediately ordered more when I saw how well they worked. Would absolutely recommend!

Don’t fold the rug but rather roll the rug as creases take a long time to disappear
