My rug got stalled in shipping. I contacted Fedex and Natural Area Rugs was very responsive. I got two calls from them to see if I received the rug. They are a very nice company, very honest about their products and helpful. I got a 8X 10 jute rug to replace a 6x9 I had bought from them some years ago. I wanted a bigger rug for the space. It is as expected, Nice chunky feel. It is leaving a little bit of dust on the floor underneath, but I have had much worse with jute rugs from other companies. There was a musty, "earthy" smell for a couple of days as described, but I opened a window and it went away quite quickly. I would buy from Natural Area Rugs again. They provide much more personal attention than you get from mega rug sites on line and their prices are very reasonable.

After trying to by stair treads from another company, they never arrived.The NAR stair treads arrived within days, a much better price and better than I expected.

Beautiful rug! I purchased the red one and the color is true to the photos in the listing. It's very sturdy (stays in place without a pad too!) and definitely high quality which is perfect in my mud room. I couldn't be any happier with my entire buying experience with Natural Area Rugs and will definitely use them again in the future.

it took longer than we had hoped, but with covid and Texas we understood. Easy to install and looks and feels great!

WE bought stair treads and they look great and were easy to use. You do have to buy the carpet tape separately. The only reason I gave it a 4 is that they took several weeks to arrive. They are helping our elderly dog get down the stairs without falling! and they will probably also help the dogs elderly owners too, lol. They look great!
