Rose and Avocado handcream that's doing FAR more than keeping hands and nails pretty....
I bought a large tub of Rose and Avocado hand / nail cream, a repeat purchase. I give small pots to folks in my "Buddy Group." We 're all living with Lymphoma, and have jolly "Extras|" like Auto-immune problems...... This firm obviously can't claim medicinal benefits without extensive trials, verification etc, but I hope I can thank them.... We have to wash our hands meticulously, and it's so great to dip into a cream afterwards that smells wonderful..... Not chemically generated, just reassuringly lovely. And because it has a relatively simple composition, with no "dodgy" ingredients, we've encountered zero adverse reactions, after over a year.... We get sore skin after PIC lines and shunts, and this stuff is a grand restorative after everything's healed, but still feels like Brillo pads ! I desperately don't want to step into the medical domain, but I do wish our oncologists would recognise that "Clinical smells" and heavily formulated products sicken us when we're on chemo and Radiotherapies.... And recommend things that ice the cake, when we're going through the mill..... Whoppa thankyou to Naturally Balmy.
Not tried the massage oil set up yet. I'm on my own, so massaging is a bit odd ! But I know mates are there already..... (Bit too busy surviving to post reviews. ) Not cheap, but we'd not trust it if it was.....

I worked with Vasilis at Naturally…
I worked with Vasilis at Naturally Balmy on safety assessments for four different product blends, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The work involved a genuinely tricky reclassification (from cosmetic to Article under UK GPSR/REACH) which solved problems I'd been stuck on for a long time. Vasilis took real ownership of every assessment, was honest and clear when a result wasn't a clean pass and needed careful justification, and was always quick to respond and happy to answer follow-up questions. It's rare to get this level of genuine care and technical depth. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Very slow in replies to custom orders and delivery
Communication around my custom order and delivery was very slow. It took quite a while to get replies, which made the whole process feel a bit uncertain and less smooth than expected. Never got to fulfil my order, only samples.

We understand that communication delays can feel frustrating, particularly when discussing a custom project. We did try to reach out to discuss the order further and explore the next steps with you, but appreciate that you ultimately decided not to proceed beyond the sample stage.
As many of our custom and bespoke enquiries involve formulation discussions, packaging coordination, and supplier lead times, some stages can take longer than standard retail orders. Thanks for your review — I’m really sorry for the confusion around your delivery.
I’ve checked your order (51793), and I can see it was dispatched with Royal Mail on 12th March. Royal Mail attempted delivery on 14th March, and the tracking then updated to show it was available for redelivery/collection.
According to the latest update, the parcel was successfully delivered on 21st March.
We completely understand how frustrating delivery delays can be, especially when tracking updates aren’t always clear. If there’s anything further you need or you’re still unable to locate the parcel, please do get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.

I recently completed a CPSR assessment with Cisem from Naturally Balmy, and the experience was excellent from start to finish.
Communication was fast, clear, and highly professional throughout the entire process. All questions were answered thoroughly, and the assessment was delivered as agreed.
What stood out in particular was that Cisem went beyond the scope of the purchased service and proactively pointed out an important labelling detail I had overlooked, something that was not included in the CPSR package itself. That level of diligence and integrity is greatly appreciated.
I would not hesitate to recommend his services to other cosmetic brand founders.

Lovely creamy organic lip balms
The lip balms just arrived and were well packaged. Both seem creamy so hope they work. Wasn’t clear when ordering but one is 15ml and the tinted only 10ml.
Took 2 weeks to arrive and had to chase it. Was sent an email saying they had a break over Christmas and had a lot to catch up on.
Perhaps over other holiday periods you could note on the website that orders will not be actioned until a certain date giving customers the chance to buy elsewhere if they have deadlines.
Also, why is VAT on top of the price? Just make the price to include it.
If it’s because you normally sell to small businesses as I’ve read in reviews then charge them VAT separately but if you are selling to an end user please drop it.
Would have had 5 stars but for the delay and the vat as they are a nice company and I would buy again. It’s hard to find organic lip balms and these seem very good.
