I ordered a vape but they didn't have…
I ordered a vape but they didn't have the right flavour I asked for. I wasn't bothered really but they replaced it for another flavour and also gave me a free one. I was so happy about that great customer service. Thank you 😊

Smooth smoke pleasant, subtle lemon taste and smell
I find this product really smooth to smoke, very pleasant smell and taste if you’re a heavy smoker it should last around a week at least a few days give or take. The CBD is really nice and calming and is great for my generalised anxiety. I will be buying again… fantastic!

After making a purchase 10 days ago…
After making a purchase 10 days ago now. I still have not received my order. In this day and age nobody uses Royal mail as everybody knows there quality of service is poor. I’ve emailed Natural solutions and all they can say is what I know already “the item was sent same day”. POOR

Hi Paul ,
Your package was sent out the same day you ordered with the courier of your choice from the drop down options we didn’t choose Royal Mail.
If you clicked DPD etc it would have been next day.
We replied to you the second you emailed us and chased it up for you and will try again tomorrow .
There must be a delay at Royal Mail which is out of our control unfortunately sorry for the delay .
