I contacted two Practitioners on your service. Neither one had the courtesy to respond. Not impressed

I found the Bowen therapist--Karen of Equipoise Bowen Therapy and Yoga, Deakin ACT-- to be very patient in identifying the health problem which had led me to come and see her. She was very thorough, did not rush anything, and put me at ease during the consultation by means of both light and more focused conversation. I would recommend Karen as a highly competent health professional whom I had no difficulty relating to.

I do not consent to Natural Therapy Pages being an intermediary between me and my practitioner. I do not consent to Natural Therapy Pages collecting my name and contact details. Are you selling this information to data collection agencies to be used against me for marketing purposes? I DO NOT CONSENT. This is an unlawful invasion of privacy and I am seeking legal counsel on this issue for which Natural Therapy Pages may be held financially liable and at the very least I shall not use Natural Therapy Pages again.

Li Chen really knows her craft - I feel confident she will help me in the health areas I need.

Trent is a skilled and intuitive therapist. He took the time to assess my issues before applying targeted and effective techniques to help relieve tension and pain I've been having recently. The massage was both firm and relaxing - ill sleep better tonight. Definitely recommend.

I finally got through to them over the phone to be told the agent could not answer all my questions and I had to wait up till 5 days to hear from the content team. I never received a call from the content team as promised. I then sent 2 emails requesting a call back which I never got. Then I had to call EIGHT times and wait on hold for 20 minutes each time till I finally got through to someone. I said I want to cancel as this level of service is not worth $359 and why would I trust my business marketing in the hand of NTP, a clearly unprofessional service who is happy to take your money but then provide you with a sub-par service.
I finally got a call back from a manager Ashleigh who was not able to answer my questions and said I still had to wait to speak to the content team. The only thing she could offer me was that NTP would cancel the auto renew feature so next year my subscription would not renew, but nothing else.
Will never use this service again as it does not generate any leads and the graphic design team create super basic, gawdy looking designs that anyone with basic computer skills could do themselves.

Anthony was professional and has years of experience in various treatments. He found the source of my shoulder and neck pain and was able to work on the knots and sore areas alleviate the pain. Certainly recommend him.

I am currently undergoing a course of treatment with Dr Susan for digestive issues. I've seen her twice, and have more appointments booked (seeing her every few days, during the initial treatment phase).

She is very thorough in her diagnosis and treatment. And her experience is very clear by how how she performs her treatments (I've seen another acupuncturist in the past and he was not as proficient as Susan. Even though he claimed to have 40 years of experience*) She is also very nice and kind, you can feel completely relaxed and taken care of.

*I'm not an expert in TCM, but I think it is very important for practitioners to have actually studied in China and speak fluent Chinese. There is many subtleties in TCM and the ancient texts that is too nuanced for 'western' practitioners to grasp. This is can be the difference between a good and great practitioner.

The entire facility is very professional and well kept. These 2 have built a very nice TCM treatment facility.

I feel in very safe hands with Dr Susan, and I will be entrusting her with my health for now on.

Since then I have received COUNTLESS emails (including this one)after I had already unsubscribed from all emails TWICE

Please read the reviews on their FB page before committing to trusting them. I wish I did. They are connected to a few large social groups, why they get good star rating here. It has nothing to do with their service or their anything. They dont even reply to your emails… and when you want to refund, yeah dont expect it. Just expect to close the account you connected them to because they are a rip. Have no idea about business when they are not keeping customers happy.

Colleen assisted me with the headache from hell that was literally, paralysing my body with pain. I staggered in with squinty eyes and strolled out bright eyed and bushy tailed. I highly recommend her as a therapist with a warm and engaging style backed with knowledge, experience and consummate professionalism. The room is cosy and inviting in a peaceful setting, just what I needed.

I had an immediate rapport with the counsellor. She understood and was experienced to my needs. Looking forward to seeing her again and feel that it might prove very advantageous to my quest.
