I have purchased Coconut Cult from Natura Market many times, usually ordering three jars at a time at $28.99 each. All three jars are stored together in the same location in my refrigerator.

One jar from my most recent order was hard and crumbly instead of its usual creamy texture, even though it was well within the expiration date.

Customer service told me my refrigerator was too cold. That explanation doesn’t make sense. If the temperature were the issue, all three jars stored side by side should have been affected, not just one.

A quality issue can happen, but dismissing a loyal customer’s concern with an explanation that doesn’t fit the facts was disappointing.

Very disappointing experience. I was super excited to try their snacks . Customer service was really hard to get ahold of , and my concerns were repeatedly ignored, including feedback .I also received an olive pack that was bloated and discoloured compared to the other pack I ordered. Even with photos showing the difference I was asked to open the package to provide more proof which I was not comfortable doing due to not wanting spoiled food smell and or bacteria. They went on to claim it was totally safe .
Irregardless they have no accountability or willingness to acknowledge any issues or even wanna make things right .

This used to be a great company with great customer service until recently when it changed ownership. Now you can expect damaged items, close to expired items, and thawed products that you won’t get any reimbursement for. When I reached out to customer service, they only offered a $10 credit to replace the $70 package that came severely damaged. The products inside were so squished, the chips and popcorn bags were popped open. Save your money and shop elsewhere! Like well.ca - their customer service is amazing.

This is my first time purchasing at NaturaMarket, and I am very impressed at the choices, prices and service. I will be for sure a return customer!!!

Very bad customer service. They did not want to replace a missing item.

It's written in their fine print they will ship out items that expire in 30days. I received a $20 chipotle lime mayonnaise as I have a corn and grain allergy and it came where you can see it's physically separated, and upon first taste, it tasted like plastic and is completely inedible and expires in about 10 weeks. For $20 you would think you'd get a product that lasts at least a year or sell it as a discount? For those suffering from allergy restraints we don't have a lot of options and this is unethical to dump near expiring foods to customers paying high prices only to receive a spoiled product. Our food cost is high enough already for those without allergies and having to purchase special orders. I expect a refund or credit at least as I don't see a point in going through return for this. If I could, I'd upload photos to prove this as you can SEE the texture change through the bottle as upon tasting prompted us to look more carefully.

Christine in support is a rude and unprofessional and disrespectful towards the customer and only wants to argue than make resolutions. I will never shop here and will encourage others to not shop here because of her!

Ordering process is easy. Delivery is always on time and everything is well packed.

I always have a good experience shopping with Natura Market. My order arrives quickly and always with the correct items. Everything is packaged securely. This time I needed to cancel my order and they also helped me out with that.

Overall, I have had a very good experience shopping from Natura Market. Over my several years of buying from them I have received a few bumps in the road, but their customer service communicates quickly and fixes the problem to my satisfaction, and I appreciate that.

Natura Market has been a go to in finding healthy food. They offer so many options for many dietary needs. Delivery is always prompt and if by chance there is a problem, customer service is prompt in answering and finding a solution.

I’ve found so many products here that I can’t get anywhere else, which has me shopping here over and over again. The customer service has always been efficient and helpful, and my products come quickly. The one time I had an issue with my products, I was helped promptly by someone who was very kind, and the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I have no problem recommending others use NaturaMarket and will continue to use it for myself as well.

Wide variety of keto, g/f, sugar free, etc. food/specialty brand products many of which you can’t buy in an Ontario store or even anywhere else on-line. It does all come at a cost but nothing much can be done about it as the U.S. has a bigger marketplace than us so I find they have much more choice than we do in Canada. I’ve been willing for the most part to pay the extra rather than go without although I can’t purchase these items as often I’d probably like to.

Great products, fast delivery, I had a question and they answered my email right away. Also they will notify me when one of my products is back in stock. I will continue to order from them online.

Was able to choose local pick up option. Staff was friendly and accommodating- they were able to extend my pick up time as I was away travelling. Large variety of products that I normally have a hard time finding in grocery stores! I always order chips and they package well to prevent crushing anything.

I recently purchased a from Natura Market, and I couldn't be happier. The website was user-friendly, and the checkout process was smooth. The products arrived in excellent condition, exactly as described, and within the estimated delivery time. Will definitely shop here again!

Wonderful company! been ordering from them for a few years now and I don't plan on stopping! They have a wide variety of products that cater to lots of food restrictions and their delivery is very affordable

My frozen products were packed carefully to ensure they would arrive frozen and on time. I will definitely order frozen GF products again.
