Översätt till engelska: jag var väldigt osäker på om jag skulle beställa härifrån utifrån recensionerna gällande leverans etc. Jag bor i Sverige och såg på hemsidan att varan skeppsdes från Tyskland. Ca 2 timmar efter att jag beställt fick jag tracking id till min Postnord ap (det företag som de använder i Sverige tydligen) och kunde lätt följa leveransen som kom 10 dagar senare. Tror att det spelar stor roll vilket företag de använder, Postnord är enkla och har snabb kundtjänst. Tror en del i andra länder där annan leverantör valts haft problem delvis pga det. Sedan vet jag ju inte hur det gått om produkten varit trasig eller så, och vet att kinesiska företag ofta inte har samma kundservice som europeiska. Men som sagt bor du i Sverige, Danmark eller Tyskland bör det inte vara några problem att få hem varorna.

Really bad shop to buy something!!!
I bought a tipi hot tent and i wanted to retour the tent but the never brought it to my adres, now im already 4days trying to get in contact but nothing and also no money back and no tent. So this feels more like a scam than a good shopp. I just want my money back!! Is that so hardt to understand?

Stay away from them! They do not answer to any questions, the tracking numbers do not work...
Any deliveries made, are from pure luck!
One STAR is way too much for them!

Le SAV est une arnaque totale, n'espérez pas être remboursés suite à un retour de produit

Pas d'avis sur le produit en tant que tel mais la politique de retours et d'échanges est une arnaque absolue, à fuir de toute urgence. A ce jour, j'ai renvoyé une tente payée 147 euros et je n'ai toujours pas été remboursé. Le SAV de NatureHike ne répond plus à aucun mail.

J'ai renvoyé un article, à mes frais qui plus est, dans la limite des 30 jours afin d'être remboursé. Le produit est réceptionné dans leur entrepôt allemand en date du 17 septembre 2025. Une semaine plus tard, je contacte le SAV afin d'avoir des renseignements sur la date à laquelle je peux espérer être remboursé. Le SAV me répond que le process de vérification et restockage va prendre du temps et qu'ils procèderont au remboursement dès que possible.

Le 10 octobre 2025, toujours pas de nouvelles, je relance le SAV qui, depuis ce jour, fait le mort. Nouveau mail envoyé le 23 octobre, toujours pas de réponse. Ils ont récupéré gratuitement une tente que j'ai envoyé à mes frais et pour laquelle j'avais déboursé 147 euros et quelques. Une arnaque absolue.

No opinion on the product itself, but the return and exchange policy is an absolute scam, to be avoided at all costs. To date, I have returned a tent that cost €147 and still haven't been refunded. NatureHike's customer service no longer responds to emails.

I returned an item, at my own expense, within the 30-day limit in order to get a refund. The product was received at their German warehouse on September 17, 2025. A week later, I contacted customer service to find out when I could expect to be refunded. Customer service replied that the verification and restocking process would take time and that they would issue a refund as soon as possible.

On October 10, 2025, still with no news, I contacted customer service again, but since then, they have been completely silent. I sent another email on October 23, but still no response. They got a tent for free that I sent at my own expense and for which I had paid €147 and change. An absolute scam.

Terrible customer service

Sold me a tent at discount,then refunded when they lost it in transit,i asked multiple times for a replacement because sold at discount price,they didn’t want to know and told me to buy again,terrible customer service,wont ever but their products again,couldn’t have cared less about the customer, im glad i didn’t get it then have issues……

Unfit for use. Damaged on arrival. Incompatible parts. Cloud up 2 Natureshite

Tent advertised as new in mint condition in original packaging.
Outertent had been repaired, where the side loops had once been (after having been damaged, partly or fully ripped off by storm?). Bad repair. Not like new...
Outertent incompatible to inner because the outertent buckles for the attachment to the innertent were incompatible and did not snap into place. They could never lock as the prongs were over 2 mm shorter than the brackets they are supposed to click and lock into. All 4 unmatching buckles made that you really cannot go tenting and so it's unfit for purpose.
"Cloud up 2 upgraded" I dont know what the upgrade was meant to do but they better overhaul and upgrade their quality control department... Customerservice department was unreachable.
Or are they just a cynical scrupulous business that suckers people in with marketing lure and nice images? At lwast that's my thinking after the experience, total disappointment and finding out more negative reviews from others.

J'ai commandé à deux reprises des articles, sacs de couchage et des tentes.
Pour le premier achat je n'ai pas reçu les informations de suivi, j'ai dû faire une réclamation sur PayPal et mon remboursé en prétextant une rupture de stock.
3 ans après à l'été 2025 j'ai fait l'acquisition de plusieurs tentes que j'ai payé avec PayPal.
Rien de nouveau, pas de numéro d'envoi et aucune réponse au messages.
J'ai donc procédé à une réclamation sur PayPal, il mon indiqué qu'il était en rupture de stock pour le modèle !
J'ai reçu un premier remboursement partiel, et j'ai de nouveau fait une réclamation pour obtenir le remboursement complet.
Alors je suis dubitatif, cela peut aussi venir de PayPal qui retarde le remboursement pour s'assurer le meilleur taux de change !
Il ne faut surtout pas payer dans une autre devise ! Sinon vous aurez perdu de l'argent à coup sûr "Made USA"
Bref deux jours plus tard la tente était toujours disponible et le prix avait augmenté de 21€.
Il est préférable de passer par Aliexpress.
Cela dit le matériel est de très bonnes qualités.
Je me demande si le nom de domaine n'est pas une vitrine fantôme

Don't trust this website.

I ordered three items from this website. Two of them arrived without any notice. Just a 'random' person showed up at my door, unannounced (no tracking info whatsoever). The third item never arrived. I can NOT reach them by phone only through e-mail and the reply's are very slow and at one point they just started ignoring me. Don't order from this website.

Avoid the company at all costs!!!

I ordered the Massif 2 Person 4 Season Hot Tent and unfortunately, it came with a factory defect. During the first use, while it was raining, water started dripping inside the tent right above the sleeping area. While this could happen with any product regardless of brand, the real issue is the appalling customer service from Naturehike.

They are extremely slow to respond — even though they took my money instantly. I sent them clear photos showing water inside the tent, but they keep demanding a photo of the actual factory defect, which is nearly impossible to capture, especially if it’s a micro hole or seam issue.

Since I first reported the problem, they have only replied with one email per day, repeatedly asking for the same thing and refusing to honor the product warranty or even discuss a refund.

Their lack of responsibility and slow communication make things worse. As a Chinese company selling in the UK, this complicates legal actions, but not to the point of impossibility. I’ve now contacted my bank and consumer protection agencies to pursue this issue, and I hope this review helps others avoid falling into the same trap

They do not give me a refund

I ordered a sleeping pad and without cutting the tags I opened the package to test the pad inside my house. The quality was not what I was looking for, so I re-packaged the pad, and sent a message to naturehike that I want a refund. They asked me to send them photos of the product, and when I did, they replied that they cannot accept it back because it has been used... LOL. This is the first time a company replies to me like this. How am I supposed to know if a product suits me if I don not test it inside my house? Moreover, the customer support is poor, it takes 24h for them to reply back...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a tent, which didn't meet my needs. I've been trying for weeks to return it. I keep getting the run around from their "customer service" (e.g., multiple emails, requests for information they already have). I assume they are trying to let the 30 day return window expire to then tell me it's too late to return.

Great products but terrible customer service. Don’t bother.

Great products. Budget at best. Well priced. But if there are defective. They refuse point blank to honour thier warranty.
That’s even if they reply to you.
They’ll ask for further information and then ghost you completely. Only replying if you send email after email. And that’s to reject any warranty claim.

Don’t bother. There are better more customer focused companies about.

Incompetent

I had to remind NatureHike to ship my order. Then this was lost, so they claimed to ship another replacement. This was also lost.

They have since stopped responding to my messages and emails, having already taken my payment.

Avoid.

Worse custommer experience ever

Worse custommer experience ever. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you want to be treated like an idiot and Pay for return shipment of the product THEY SEND INCORRECTLY. They'll try to force you to pay for their mistake. I ordered lightweight tent that supposed to waight 1.36 kg TOTAL. They sent me one with no "lightweight" in the name that is almost 1.9 kg!! If you ate buying ultralight tent you care for every 10g and they send me antent 500g hevier. And hear the explanation: "Sorry, but we sent the correct tent. However, we understand it's heavier than expected" ... I am so mad I will go to the court if Inhave to because they treat me like an indiot.

Never received the tent I ordered

My partner ordered a tent in Oct 2023. They then said import tax needed to be paid and suggested a process which didn't seem legitimate. When we told them we weren't comfortable doing this and asked for a refund they sent me a voucher which expired before we opened the email. They then stopped replying to our requests for a refund. Effectively scammed out of over $300.
