nature provides irresponsive to clients
I ordered a nature provides product for in Europe delivery. After a week I received an email from Trustpilot asking for my opinion on the product. I wrote it never arrived. Immediately received an email from Nature Provided asking why I haven’t notified them ( without any apology for the delay).I replied I didn’t initiate the review but rather responded.Since then I requested twice an update on the shipment- as it seems stuck in the UK- but never heard back from Nature Provides. It seems the company is not concerned to fulfil its orders and only concerned with public image. Can’t be accepted nowadays with so many other reliable suppliers.Never again.

You have now left us two 1-star reviews for the same order.
We would love to help you, but if you don't contact us directly, we cannot look into what has happened with your package.
Shipments to the EU can take a little longer depending on local Customs (although we do send everything IOSS, so it should be smooth sailing).
I hope we manage to resolve this.

The whole team at Nature Provides are highly knowledgeable and very helpful. They take great care to provide clean products. I can personally testify to the effectiveness of their, Iodine, Lipo C and B12 products. I wouldn't buy from anyone else!
