What can u say such a good manner dealt with customer service and they sent me out a newly sealed shilajit via DHL and arrived in way better condition intact and unopened so definitely looking to leave 5 stars for the inconvenience.

Is shilajit purified?
Hi, please may you confirm if your mountain blood shilajit is purified? I gave it a 2 star as I’m happy with the ordering process also delivery. Once I have confirmation I will change my review.

Hi Zubair,
Our shilajit is harvested by locals in Siberia. We then process the raw material with boiling water (to dissolve the shilajit from the rock and kill any bacteria). It is then filtered through a minimum 7 stage sieve filtration process before being dried to remove much of the water content and leave the sticky resinous substance we know as shilajit.
It is then independently lab tested in the UK for heavy metals and we're proud to say, we have the lowest in the shilajit space. You can request these lab certificates on our website at https://natureprovides.com/mbr

Super supplement
The exceptionally good and minimal product line is what drew me to this brand. I used the B12 with great result and decided to try more of the products. The whole ordering experience was very good from navigating the website to accepting the delivery.

Retraction of earlier review
I previously posted a 1 star review of Nature Provides which I want to retract. I did receive my order in timely fashion and was pleased with the packaging and service iI received. I must apologise to Gavin and the other staff at Nature Provides for their understanding of my mistake. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family
