I ordered 300 live ladybugs from them. When they arrived, the “supply and demand” change happened right after my purchase allegedly so the price of 300 bugs went from 9$ to 5$, but the 1500 live bugs went from 15$ to 9$ the day or so after my purchase and there’s nothing they can do for but tell me supply and demand changes (THAT MUCH, is crazy to me after 2 days).

I’m simply wanting more bugs for the price I paid and I’d happily pay the shipping. For that to be the only reply, I think is a slap in the face. I’ll be finding hugs elsewhere.

There are others out there probably with more empathy.

I love the information documentation provided on the website, via email once an order is place, and within the packaging! This is so helpful for someone new to gardening. I lost my entire garden last year to aphids. This year I ordered critters too early. In my latest order part of it was mistakenly left out. Customer service is Outstanding. They corrected my order immediately!

I have purchased from this website a few times, and their customer service is excellent. I recently had a problem with delivery (FedEx, not the company), and they helped me resolve it so my order arrived alive. I have also sought their advice on what to purchase, and they have been very knowledgeable.

The best way to control pests in your garden, or yard by far! Through no fault of their own, my shipment was delayed because of weather. But they have a live bug guarantee and they made it right. I will use pesticide only as a very last resort after finding a natural bug solution through this company. Thanks so much for your service to our environment!

I have used this company many times over the years for the nematodes to get rid of fungus gnats in my house plants. They ship promptly. The worms seem to work. I have checked under the microscope to make sure the product really contains live worms. I can't speak as to the other products as I don't have an outdoor garden.

Been using these guys for 5 years for Beneficial Nematodes to treat for Japanese Beetle Grubs. They have made an enormous difference; we use each year in Spring (and Fall if I remember before it's too cold). For the first time this year the package came hot, which meant the nematodes were spoiled. I reached out to their customer service and got an immediate replacement. Thank you for the good product, and for standing behind the shipping issue (not your fault anyway) when something went wrong for us. A+

I order some of the lady bugs from here and the order arrived alive with only three or four fatalities. A great resource for natural pest control! I highly recommend them.
