Commande passé via Tiktokshop, jamais reçu. Nature Spell demande la preuve comme quoi je n'ai jamais reçu la commande. Apart la boîte aux lettres vide( pour eux c'est pas une preuve) que peut-on fournir ?
Et ils se renvoient la balle avec Tiktokshop, colis privé et chacun refuse de prendre en compte la réclamation.

I ordered on tiktok, I won the giveaway of product's worth £200 they actually had the audacity to ring me on the live to tell me. They said they would contact me that night. Nope nobody has messaged me at all . They do this to get more sales and don't send the giveaways out. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this company. They also did a double up round when they doubled everyone's order, well obviously that's a load of crap too . Avoid this company at all cost . They only want your money.ive obviously been scammed by them. Never again and I'm sending the products back . I suggest you change your approach to customers and come off tiktok as your staff are lying to people on there.

I saw it on social media and I purchased the rosemary oil and it gave me a flaky scalp that took weeks to clear!

My hair is drier and more fizzy than ever! It says on the bottle that it helps reduce fizz and locks in moisture, but it has made mine worse! I spent a significant amount on the full curl kit, but I cannot continue using it. My hair looks awful. I really wanted success, a positive result, but alas, not in my case.

Their hairbrushes are amazing. They’re good for my girls with sensory issues that hates having their hairbrush, but now they’re okay with their hairbrush whoever ever thought of this idea of brush are geniuses normally when I brush my girls hair they have meltdowns but now every day is easier

Bought their sulphate free shampoo and conditioner after thinking sulphate free making a difference was a myth. Definitely not a myth I can 100% feel the difference after the first use😆 my hairs far less waxy and feels much lighter and cleaner.

Well worth the money and will be buying again. A little goes a long way, too! I usually have to use atleast a handful to get any lather of my usual product.

I was disappointed with my experience after receiving an incomplete order. An oil applicator that was included as part of the Batana & Rosemary Hair Nourishment Set was missing when my parcel arrived.

Thinking this would be an easy issue to resolve, I contacted customer service the same day I received my order. I then waited over a week for a response and had to send a further message before receiving a reply.

When I did hear back, my issue was treated as though the item was damaged rather than missing. I replied to clarify that the applicator was missing, not damaged, and asked again what could be done to resolve this. The response I received was largely the same, stating that no refund or replacement could be offered due to a “lack of evidence” despite there being no back-and-forth to investigate the issue and no request for photos or any other information from me.

I found this frustrating, as it’s unclear how a customer can provide evidence of an item that never arrived. I also found parts of the response condescending, including being told the oil was still usable, which misses the point, I paid for a complete set and didn’t receive all of it.

Despite referencing the company’s own policy regarding missing items, I received no further response. Unfortunately, this experience has put me off ordering again

Update: I was eventually offered a partial refund, which I accepted. However, this was only after repeated follow-ups, and the tone of the responses remained condescending, with continued emphasis on a “lack of evidence” despite no evidence ever being requested. I was also advised to record an unboxing video for any future orders in case of issues, which I found unreasonable and not something most customers would expect to do for a standard online purchase.

I ordered a few items as part of my daughters christmas present. It arrived and my daughter took the parcel in. I was shocked to see it had the company name all over it . She now knows what she has got, why dont you think when posting out they might be for a gift and send them in a plain brown box. Iam fuming.

I placed a big order (Black Friday) lots of my daughters and I fav products. Few days ago I tracked my order and found out it was being returned as delivery had failed?!! No calling card Royal Mail always leave a calling card. I have a ring doorbell, no order was delivered. I don’t believe it was sent. I messaged and was told as soon as they receive the package I will get a refund!! Why not just send me my package??!! Why should I wait for a refund when the order clearly wasn’t sent!

I have been using the growth shampoo/ conditioner for a while now and what a difference I have seen in condition of my hair as well as how it has actually grown. I use the hair mask and leave in conditioner too. I would highly recommend and won’t use any other products now. Also have to add the surprise boxes you can buy and also the deals available on TT are amazing

After suffering with anemia my hair had gotten thinner and after continuously seeing the nature spell shampoo and conditioner I ordered it in hope it would help with my hair growth journey but has done the opposite! My hair has been falling out ridiculously - I know hair fall out is normal and but this is like no other - would not recommend and extremely disappointing as I spent a lot of money on their products

Hi I love the nature spell products I use the hair growth products and the bonding products. I’ve yet to try the skin care. The hair products are amazing on my hair soon as I began using them my hair felt beautiful and stronger. I’ve tried many expensive brands before but I love natures spell so much more. They were first introduced to me as a present from my daughter. Delivery service is quick and easy and if you need to contact the team they reply to emails promptly. The best thing about these products are no sulphate and vegan friendly. You can’t go wrong give them a try.

My hair is falling out in clumps . I now cant wear my hair down as the hair is that thin now you can see my ears . I thought it was my normal shedding not when there is clumps of hair in the shower and I have to clean my brush after every use .I bought this to help with hair loss and it’s down the complete opposite and made me so self conscious.

I don’t normally complain but what horrific experience from customer services from this company. For a start they rarely reply to your emails and when they do it’s not satisfactory. I would provide pictures if I could but can’t on here. But my items had exploded in the box and it all went everywhere I said they didn’t have to refund but would accept a new box sent in better packaging as it was a gift. I was told to clean them all up myself ! And they would send me only the packages that were damaged. I said they were all damaged and sent photos as proof. This is now going to PayPal dispute . PLEASE AVOID!

This product have made my hair so shiny and it feels really good. I used the applicator to apply it to my hair left it in for an hour. It washes out really well I love it.

Can't fault this company at all. I ordered via tiktok shop, the items were received well packaged, in glass bottles, product smells lovely. Unfortunately the distributor of their product send me 2 of one item, and none of the other I ordered, but Nature Spell immediately sorted this for me. Have used the product twice now, no issues.
