Love this Gold Coast brand!! The comfiest undies, and I love that they come out with super cute pieces. I’ve loved everything I’ve bought from them, plus it’s so nice to support a quality local company who actually cares about the environment and other great causes.

I’ve been purchasing from Nat’v Basics since 2020 and love their products and ethos. Their customer service has always been fantastic – prompt, fair, and genuinely helpful. They even honoured a discount code I’d missed because it went to my junk mail, which I really appreciated. I’ve place 5 orders now with this company. I will not wear anything else. Crops and g strings. The quality is amazing and LASTS. They have awesome sales! And their point system is chefs kiss! Bring back the carbon g but please 💕💕💕

I made my first order and paid for…but still sitting at the airport
I made my first order and paid for express shipping because their website said it would get here in 3 days. Four days later my order is still sitting at the airport. So sick of companies who do not live up to their promises but will happily take the customers money!

I’ve had a look at your order. It was placed on a Saturday — a non-business day — and shipped Monday the 27th (our next business day) via Express Post International.
Once it leaves our hands, the delivery process is entirely managed by Australia Post. Because your order is international, delivery times can vary, our website offers a guide based on an average of 2–5 business days, but that’s not a guaranteed timeframe. Australia Post can experience delays, especially during busy periods and recently has had scanning update delays even though it is moving through transit.
We completely understand your frustration, but in this case, everything on our end was handled correctly and promptly. It’s disheartening to see small brands like ours take the heat for issues caused by a large postal networks we have no control over.

A couple of years ago, I tried a heap of different underwear brands, but Natv basics are the ones I stuck with, the material is great for my sensory needs, the size guide is accurate, customer service is impeccable and their transparency around sustainability and their aims to make their company planet friendly will keep me coming back

Nat v carbon g strings are the only g strings I will wear! I have over 20 pairs! I recently ordered 2 Lacey crop tops with match g strings and a comfort crop. Wow. It makes my 35 year old breast look like I’m 20 again! So comfortable the fabric is amazing!

Quality & Comfort 2nd to None
Firstly the quality is Second to none. The materials used are capable of handling tough situations day in day out repetitive use and still hold there shape.. you don't find them falling off you or your bum eating them up.. Hands down the best out there and that's from a blokes point of view as there's no decent thongs or G's on the market, and what is there cost an arm And a leg but don't last... I'm stoked on all the Nat V gear 😎

I love the new organic cotton set!
I love the new organic cotton set so much and the nighty is so comfortable and doesn't bunch up around me when I am sleeping. The material is also super soft so not scratchy on any sensitive areas.

Great quality undies
Great quality undies. Sizing is a little odd - I’m a medium and usually a size 8 but just go off the size guide and you’ll be right. So comfortable and lovely breathable fabric.

The quality of the underwear is fantastic. I still have ones that have lasted years, multiple washes, exercising, pregnancy, everything, and they are still high-quality and very comfortable. I'm always happy with the fit - I usually would get size 12 undies and choose L for Natv, and they are perfect. All cuts are flattering and the different colour choices are great. Highly recommend.

The products are great quality and well sized. They wash well and are comfortable to wear. Shipping and handling is always quick and well packed nothing ever arrives damaged or missing. I haven’t experienced any faults or concerns.

I found your knickers to be very comfortable to wear. They DON'T ride up and the light stretchy material is lovely on your skin.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I ordered a pack of their underwear and after the first wash holes started appearing in the lining and the base of multiple pairs. I emailed the company with photos of the flaws and was sent a replacement pair, however the replacement pair ripped and got holes after the first wash! The quality feels nice initially but as soon as you wash them they get damaged
Extremely disappointed and would hate for anyone else to waste their money on this brand
