I ordererd a
3 big tubs of whey on the 30th of april. It is 22 of march and the order has not bin sent. Customer service is not resporting to my emails and I am trying to get the order sent or im trying to get a refund but they are ignoring me. Its sad because I love the product but this is just bad

Good product, but when a new tub of pre-workout arrived it was rock hard due to moisture having gotten in, despite it never having been opened by me yet.
Worse, I wrote to the company twice to complain about this and they never even been bothered to acknowledge it!

Missing item in order. I attempted to contact customer services multiple times and never got a response. Terrible conduct!

I've ordered from the company a few times without issue, but on this occasion, I was sent a similar-looking, but different product from what I ordered.

I reached out to the company on three separate occasions via the provided customer service email, each time being hit with an automated response: "I'm now out of office until further notice, please contact [general company email]"

I then contacted that general email three times, and failed to ever receive a response there too.

A bizarre and unprofessional customer operation, which is a shame because their products are good. But on principle, I won't order from them again now.

Items arrived promptly to be fair, unfortunately the powder tub had become unstuck/damaged, I assume during transport, meaning the seal was stuck inside the lid and not attached to the tub and the lid wasn't on properly, this resulted in powder being tipped out in the box making a mess. When I opened it, I cleaned it and put it on the side. Decided to email the company, 3 emails and 2 week later, no response, messaged on Instagram and a dismissive response was received straight away. After proving I had messaged, they got a little more friendly. Was offered a replacement if I sent a picture of what I had, explained that I didn't take a picture straight away as I just thought to clean it, but I could take a picture of how it was. Sent the pictures, to then recieve another dismissive and attitude filled email saying they now won't send a replacement. Great products, terrible customer service. Once they have your money, all care is out of the window. Won't be using again and would advise anybody else not to bother.

I placed an order two weeks ago and haven’t received a delivery timeline or any information since. I also paid extra for shipping. They haven’t responded to any of my messages since so I have no idea what’s going on with my order.

Update 17/5/2025: With no delivery, response or updates 1.5 months in, I had to make a chargeback request with my bank.

Seems they were happy to keep the money and had no intention of posting the product.

Recommend avoiding ordering from this company
