Am 1. August habe ich ein Kartenupdate für VW RNS 315 bestellt. Nach 10 Tagen hatte ich weder eine Trakingnummer noch die Ware erhalten. Auf Nachfrage kam dann am 11.8. folgende Nachricht:

Die erbetene Rücküberweisung erfolgte nicht!!
Nach einer Beschwerde bei Paypal erfolgte durch Paypal eine Rückzahlung.

Wahrscheinlich Betrüger. Habe keine Rückmeldung über die Bestellung bekommen und kann auf der Internetseite nicht auf Bestellung oder Abmeldung gehen. Kontoabbuchung erfolgte sofort über VISA. Habe Karte sofort gesperrt. Vorsicht!

NICHTS BESTELLEN !! B E T R Ü G E R !!!!!! Nach einigem hin und her wurde die Bestellung geliefert. Aber der Rechnungsbetrag wurde 5 Mal abgebucht ! Bis jetzt keine Rückerstattung !!!

Wurde am 24.01.2022 Ware bezahlt, nachdem es nach rund 14 Tagen noch keine Ware da war per mail Kontakt aufgenommen, es wurde mitgteilt, dass es Probleme gab. Dann hatte ich mitgeteilt den Betrag wieder auf mein Konto zurück zu überweisen, bis heute keine Antwort, keine Ware und kein Geld! Stand 25.02.2022

Bought a Volkswagen RNS 315 V12 West Navigation 2020 Map Update from this firm in Lithuania for £31.00. It seemed genuine but after three attempts to upload it gave a card error message. I sent an email to notify the fault. They have sent a replacement, which is encouraging. In the meantime I bought one via a VW dealer for £99 which installed properly after loading for 2 hours.

SD card with update Navi 2020 for Mazda CX-3 (2017) ordered and delivered within 14 days. First SD card broken and delivered new SD card by Navi-shop in no time without any trouble, service correct and prompt.

First time use for my VW RNS15 sat nav. First SD card update updated maps okay but messed my unit up. It started involuntary switching on and off. Queried with Navigation shop who were very helpful. They sent me a replacement SD card. Again updated successfully but this time works perfectly. So when it's next due an update I will not hesitate to return.

My item arrived. I was worried it wasn't going to come at all but it has. I am yet to see if it is going to work as install is taking a while. My only problem with navigationshop.eu is that I am unable to make contact with them. But other than that it seems an ok site to use.

I had ordered an RNS 315 V 11 on 26th July. I was able to track the shipment online. Received the card on 5th Aug. Unfortunately, the card did not work for some reason. All communication with the shop was prompt and I was given a choice of replacement/refund. I opted for a refund. Received the total amount refunded within 24 hours.

Took off 1 star for the fact that the product turned out to be defective. Otherwise, an excellent service from the shop.

I was a bit sceptical due to the pretty low price for an VW RNS 315 map update. But I could not see any people comlaining about it so I took the change and bought it. It arrived in my mailbox just 6 days later and it works 100% as expected. I can only say that the company delivers.
