AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I spent $800 on a keyboard, and only half of the delivered components work. I charged it back because support continually ignored my requests for refunds or replacements. The right half of the keyboard and the Track module stopped working after one day of use. The software doesn't even recognize the keyboard is connected.

Not to mention when I ordered in July 2025 that their website banner said "order today for August shipment", but was delivered in January 2026. They are intentionally deceptive , poor engineers, and unresponsive. The opposite of a company you want to support.

Worth waiting for!

I have received my Naya Create, and let me tell you: this is company makes a *magnificent* product.

My order was part of the first handful of batches they sold, and I - like others, perhaps - was dismayed by the repeated delays to my order, relative to when it was first promised. I even had thoughts like, "Have I been scammed? Is this company & product even for real?!"

I'm here to tell you: they are very much for real. I've had my keyboard for about a week now, and it is AMAZING. The high quality of the craftsmanship is immediately obvious. Even the software (NayaFlow) that controls it is awesome.

My take on the order delays is basically that this is a young company, and they're still very much in the process of getting a handle on their order volume & fulfillment. While that is obviously not ideal, this probably comes with the territory of supporting a new company with a new, and quite revolutionary, product.

I know that while being informed of the delays with my order, I would have benefited from seeing some independent, non-affiliated testimonial to reassure me that the company was for real, the product was for real, and - not only was this not a scam - but it is absolutely worth the wait to receive your Naya Create.

Placed an order back in April 2025

Placed an order back in April 2025. 3 months on and shipping date is delayed by a month.
Sent email asking to cancel my pre order opened a ticket in discord. 48 hours no replies no support. Think twice before ordering.
