A great shop.
I had my first experience of this store over the weekend. There was a great feel, it was well stocked with great variety of good products. Pip served us, she was knowledgeable and helpful, with plenty of time to help us, and put us under no pressure to purchase. Some of the best service I have experienced. I enjoyed spending my money here. I will be returning and thank you

Harriet was so patient and professional when fitting a school cap for my daughter who has sensory issues! It was also her birthday and she was made to feel very special that day!

Very helpful staff
There was a slight issue with an online order I had and the manager was extremely helpful. A lady named Pip also helped us in store- she was knowledgable and thorough. All the staff were lovely.

My daughter and I visited the Cannock…
My daughter and I visited the Cannock store on Sunday to purchase 2 riding hats. They had a super choice of hats and some with discounts. Amanda was very friendly knowledgable and patient with us. She spent time allowing us to try on various hats to make sure we were happy with our final choices and also she checked the fit was correct. Thank you Amanda & Naylors
