Still waiting for a large refund, I believe I have been scammed. Very upsetting!

Update mevrouw geeft 2 opties eerste optie jurk als nog kopen met 50%korting . Opti 2- 100,00 inhouden voor telaat opsturen . Zei de borg is 50 euro die mag je ervan aftrekken . Betaal gewoon de 250,00 terug waar ik recht op heb . Nou worden wij als vervelend en dreigend bestempeld omdat mijn dochter haar feld fewoon terug wil . ze licht gewoon de meiden op door de borg en telaat in leveren steeds als reden op tegeven . Dat noemt
zich een sponsor ja een die flink verdient aan de meiden . Rechtsbijstand maar even inschakelen.

Dit was voor een leuke telefoon gesprek boven update .
Jurk was niet in de winkel werd online besteld . ( moest contant betalen anders zaten er kosten voor haar aan ) ) Bij thuis levering bleek de jurk veelste kort en te wijd . Slechte kwaliteit aangeven de jurk niet te willen kopen en dat ik mijn geld terug wou . Dat was prima en omdat ik geen tijd meer had voor een andere jurk mocht ik voor die avond 1 lenen . Volgens haar duurde het telaat dat ik deze jurk terug stuurde ( binnen 14 dagen ) en dus zou ze daar 100,00 voor rekenen . Van de 300,00 zou ik dan 200 terug krijgen terwijl ze het geld van de slechte jurk al binnen 14 dagen terug had moeten storten . Nu 1,5 maand later nog geen geld terug .

They would not accept refunds even if the item is a standard size!!
I brought a standard size 10 dress and even with this they won't accept a refund as according to them its "custom made".

Hi I ordered dress in December and I return in but I dnt get my refund back try to call several times. No one answered. And no reply for email aswell…I keep emailing everyday..,£100 refund,,,I have never seen a site like this before .,. Nazzcollection …please never order on this website..thanks

The dress is not worth the price, the fabric is so cheap, the finishings of the dress really appear unprofessionally made. I bought a size 14, the sleeves were so small and normally I wear a size 12 with tops and they fit perfectly but a 14 couldn't fit my arms with the sleeves. This was the worst purchase I have ever
made in my life. I can't return the dress because I took the labels off. I hated myself because I don't normally buy dresses from such websites. It really feels like it's a scam from what you see on the website and what you recieved. The finishings of the dress are so unprofessionally made. I hate this dress I can't even hang it in my wardrobe. Don't advise anyone to ever purchase from them. Worst decision I have ever made

Ordered one day got next day , i bought a beautiful black sequins jumpsuit fot £89 i could not believe the weight and quality of garment for the price my daughter loved it but was too big i ordered a 10 and i know she is an 8 but because it was on the lower price point I thought it wouldn’t be true to size but it is so iv ordered the 8 now so her sister might pinch the. 10 if it fits her
