The Dresses are beautiful but it‘s very difficult to return things because there is no return label and you have to pay the shipping what is realy expensive from Germany.
If I had know that it is that hard to return things, i wouldn‘t have orderd something.

Fast delivery, other than that I am sorry for not having anything else positive to say. The customer service is crap, even though I've left numerous messages no one responds, no one answers the phone or even reply to any messages no communication whatsoever, I've never experience this before, I've sent a returns and I need money but nobody cares, been trying to contact them for days.. sad 🤔

Lovely dress just what I was looking for, first one was too big, so had to send it back and order the smaller size. The only downsize is that they do not cover the cost of return postage!

Scammers. They didn't even bother to send the dress we ordered. It has been 4 months already and they do not reply.

The dress came exactly as shown! Great quality and a show stopper! Awesome online customer service (chat), was able to confirm that the dress was stretch. I will buy from this place again for sure!!!

Quality of the dress is amazing and it looks great if not better in real life. Only thing i would say is the beige net isn’t easy to notice on the models so to show it more through darker toned models as it can be misleading.

I ordered this dress for my daughters prom. It is beautiful! Fits perfectly! Figure hugging but stretchy at the same time. She loves it! I paid extra for a fast delivery. I ordered it on the Friday and it arrived Monday morning. It is the first time that I have used this site. I will 100% be using it again. The quality is amazing and the price was very reasonable. Looks a lot more expensive!

I ordered a dress on may 4,2022 paid express shipping and its may12,2022 and still haven’t received the dress.

To be honest I was a bit sceptical after I placed an order with Nazz Collection as there was loads of negative reviews, I can only be honest and review my own experience.

This company was very sufficient, friendly and offered a great service to myself.

I placed a wrong size dress and emailed the team and within hours I got a response to confirm that they have changed the requested size with no issue at all. I thought this was very nice as other companies you can not adjust your order once you get confirmation of shipment but Nazz did.

Unfortunately the dress was beautiful but however it didn’t suit me.

I returned the the item and received a refund in less than a week obviously minus the return cost.

I would definitely shop here again as the dresses are absolutely stunning.

Website allowed the selection of an out of stock item. Was informed correctly and received the proper refund by the customer service staff. Was disappointed that they did not know if/when the item would be back in stock.
