Poor attendance to site
Continually this business fails to provide the weekly approved site visits, continually chasing them to obtain update as to when someone will carry out the weekly pest control checks.

Didn't turn up when arranged and couldn't get through to customer services at 10am in the morning (23.09.25)! Left a Chat messageshortly after, so waiting to see if there's any response to that!!
EDIT Ryan contacted me and admitted there was an issue. I appreciated his honesty and owning the issue. The team were promptly sent to assess the infestation problem and looking forward to them returning to complete the works.

There is no issue with the engineer - however
There is no issue with the engineer, or the quality of work - but I am continuously sent reports that are for another Biffa location and despite numerous emails and conversations with NBC staff, I am still being sent reports that are not for my site.
