Wow I sent my phone Tuesday and Wednesday I received an amazing message from Nathan thanking me personally for the condition of my phone. A big thanks to you for giving me a fantastic price and the amazing speed from start to finish.

I stumbled across this company while searching for a Samsung S25 Ultra. The price for a sealed phone was very competitive so I placed an order for a 256gb model on a Friday afternoon. Saturday arrives and I am pleased to hear that the phone will be delivered to me and Royal mail duly arrived with the package. Looking great upto now so I opened the parcel to be greeted with a message from Nathan informing me that he had given me a free upgrade to the 512mb model! The phone is perfect, all the seals on the box where intact and the phone was immaculate. Registered with Samsung and the warranty is approved by them. Got to say this was quite a remarkable shopping experience every step of the way. I would recommend anybody in the market for a phone to seriously check these guys out!

I posted these guys a new iPhone 17 pro max (sealed in a box) i paid for next day Royal Mail special delivery as I wanted to get phone received b4 xmas rush. I contacted the company and actually spoke to a human on the phone which gave me much relief and they kept in touch via WhatsApp. It was posted 4:40pm monday and by 10:45am tuesday morning the money was in my account!
The person i spoke to on whatsapp even explained they had received 32 parcels that morning and would find my order and process it within the hour
Absolutely faultless experience would definitely recommend and would definitely prioritise these guys next time I sell a phone.

I contacted Nathan has I was looking to buy a phone but to many not so honest people on ebay, Nathan answered all my question made me feel at ease buying the phone and I paid and received the following day fast delivery or wat, it was well packaged and a good price, Nathan also contacted me to make sure phone had come and all is well which it is it was a Christmas present for my son I will only be dealing with Nathan for future purchases of phones thank you nathan

Nathan is great at communicating, he is very fair. I've sold a phone to him and he gave a very good price. I've recently just used there pay later option to buy a ipad. And it's worked out great especially with the cost of Christmas. Fast delivery too!

Well yet again I found myself at NB Tech. I was changing from android to Apple 🍎. Never thought it would happen! Nathan advised on the change with a neutral mind set. I was there for sometime probing. Anyway N B tech gave me a cracking deal on the tech I bought. Undercutting the big businesses by some margin. I bought a iPad Pro 13 m5, a iWatch Ultra. Pro 3 buds and iPad 11” A16. Nathan sat with me and went above and beyond setting up my devices and explaining how and what did what, I was there an age. I asked so many questions.
