After finding the best price for my phone using a comparison website, the envelope and Royal Mail label was delivered two days later and was easy to get sent off! Phone was received quickly and assessed the next day. Had some issues with bank information, but got a quick message from Nathan on whatsapp and got it sorted in less than an hour!
