We visited Gateshead store today and we're welcomed by Andy who was very helpful and explained everything to us in detail, no pushy sales patch felt very much at ease and bought 2 x 3 seater sofas and arm chair. Great service.

Avoid NCF
It is beyond belief that this company has such a high rating.
The aftercare service they “offer” is some of the worst I have ever experienced.
A sofa was delivered and when we unrapped it a couple of weeks later it was damaged. The way it was damaged was advised to us was from being dropped. This was from a professional
Mover so I can only take their expertise in this as good judgement.
NCF have just advised us there are not going to anything as we didn’t report it quick enough. We reported it as soon as was practical and never touched it from it being dropped off.
So we are now going to pursue them through the courts, so we’ll see what that brings.
In short I would never again buy a product from this company if they were the last company on earth.

Communication! We are still waiting on our goods that was ordered 4 months ago. Will not give us a reason why the sofa is being delayed. Can't call them, emails take 11 days to get a response. Have had to go into store twice to get them to contact head office
