I came in for a sofa bed and was immediately greeted by Dan in Hull who was so helpful and informative. Showed me a sofa bed that was suitable and also in the timeframe as I needed it quickly. With his help I placed the order, and so happy and looking forward to receiving it.

Great around service

Very relaxed store with friendly staff who are ever so helpful and welcoming. The prices are better than the other wellknown sofa shops.
They have a great range, from sofa, outdoor furniture, dining table and beds! Spoke with Mark in the store. Very friendly chap. I reccomend!

I would give this review a 0 if I…
I would give this review a 0 if I could. I ordered a bed, mattress and headboard from the store in Hull. When the bed was delivered the headboard was faulty and wasn't able to be fitted to the bed. This was over a month ago and I have yet to have a replacement, refund or any form of response from customer service.

More importantly to us was he introduced himself and left us to walk round without following us and hiding behind corners ready to pounce, as some furniture stores do.

Faulty table on delivery, missed deadlines, and zero communication unless I chased constantly.
Took far longer than promised to resolve. Very poor customer service.
