Visited John in April looking for a new sofa for my new house and the service was great from the minute we walked in. We’d actually been into a competitor beforehand and nobody greeted us or asked if we needed any help, so it was a completely different experience with John.

He was really helpful from the start, helping us measure up and explaining how the different sofa sizes would fit in our room at home. He also talked us through the different fabric options and helped us understand what would work best for us.

We weren’t 100% sure on our move in date, so John explained the Home Buyers Package which was really useful. We ended up going ahead and ordering the sofa.

Really friendly and helpful service and im looking forward to getting my new sofa!

We attended 2nd may and was greeted by Becky with a big smile on her face and cheerful. We was just looking around for our first house we are buying and we seen a nice table & chairs Becky helped us with the options we had and then told us about option to do it and get it delivered within 3 months which is great for our move in date when we have our house. Becky was very friendly and helpful and not pushing us to have a sale like others do. Come on boss give Becky the pay rise she deserves! Great customer service and amazing lady to have working for your company!

We attended the Preston store on Sunday and Becky was really helpful, she was able to locate the best furniture for our needs and we had successfully purchased what we wanted. Becky was friendly and approachable, she was very knowledgeable on the bed frames/mattresses and gave us a variety of different options and advised us on the best for what we needed. She wasn’t pushy for a sale like a lot of salespeople are, she seemed genuine and wanted to give us all the information we needed before making the right purchase, she was great with our kids too. She has a very friendly and bubbly personality and made our experience excellent. we will definitely be back in the future.

Daniel at NCF Preston was a delight from the second I walked through the door! Showed me round different sofas after hearing what I was looking for and found me an absolute beauty! A very warm, attentive and funny man and a big part of the reason I walked out with a smile on my face after purchasing a sofa!
